WU and MG I know can waive for the receiver no ID if they have password and the control number but
In countries like Thailand the tellers just don't understand or know and will ask for ID so I have been looking at other methods like webmoney but they don't except the USA also others like Payza, PerfectMoney and Payoneer but they all want either SSN and gov ID or both for receiving money online.
Most customers dont have bitcoin so then something like green dot but that is only for in USA so does anyone know of a service that one can use on ones website to receive money online that is private and easy that everyone can use?
I like Webmoney because all they have to do is enter your email or number but cannot use it because I dont think they will accept payments from USA customers.
