So its probably safe to say 99% of UGL's get their raw powder from china. What I'm wondering is how the raw powder is made by the chinese

Chemist or a guy that's was told to mix a bunch of stuff in a certain order and so and so forth. If you have the right stuff and the know how you can make just about anything

A lot of people do.. its just whether you got a good connection with the supplier because more then likely it will be powder that is cut

The thing is if you do a small order especially with powder they're more then likely going to cut it.They're going to be all about the guys throwing down 5k, 10k, 20k, etc and will be a lot less likely to cut their powder because those are the guys they want as their customers. Buying powder from china is what majority of the ugl's do so most buy in big quantities so powder sources aren't going to care about smaller customers ordering small amounts

it costs pennies to produce these powders, they produce them in extremely large batches and store them in massive "BIOEAZE" style containers. Its cheaper for the Chinese suppliers to give you pure product than it would be worth their time and effort to cut the specific raw with a similar specific weight/color/consistency substance.

As far as completely bunk its probably because its so much easier to put grapeseed oil in a vial and thats it.
much harder to go through the trouble of getting powder from china and learning to brew it
