Are there any raw powder approved sources with Primo/Mast/Nand/Tren stock? I prefer to homebrew my own custom mixes but my chinese raws supplier says they're out and not allowed to produce more.. ruh roh.

It used to be an issue of quality that made people happier with home brewed. But over time it's no longer necessary. Quality is now a given with companies like PSL, NapsGear or UGFreak. Ditto Umbrella Labs etc

Fake gear ? I run bloods mutiple times a year and everything that should check out with the gear checks out, never had a fake product from any source or supplier on here, i get bloods for that reason because if an issue did arise we would tell the source and if it keeps happening that source would not be here or approved any longer.
