Hi guys. I am a 26 year old amateur female bodybuilder. I haven't competed as of yet though. I have been training off and on since 2003. But have been training consistently for the past year and a half, going on 2 years in May.
I am currently 5'4" and sit at 155 lbs. I lift for strength and aesthetics. Give you an idea of how much I lift, I can perform perfect form with 40 lb dumbbells on alternate bicep curls. The reason I say this is so that if you guys see me asking questions on here, you'll know what type of lifting I do lol.
I like the physique of those muscular looking female bodybuilders, so it's my goal to get there without really getting there, if that makes sense lol
Anyways, I wasn't sure where to ask this but I am getting Need 2 Slin and Bridge soon but saw that Need 2 Slin seems more conducive to my overall goals but was advised to also take Bridge. Now I am a little more unaware on what Bridge can do for me, seeing as I am natural and haven't touched any anabolics at all.
So, does anyone think I should just go with Need 2 Slim, or suggest Bridge too? Also, to save money, would it be advisable to just consume 1 capsule of Bridge, if I get it, a day instead of 3?
