Supplements and Height

Anyone know any good supplements/vitamins that might aid the growing process? I know there is no magical pills I'm talking vitamins or something along those lines that have the necessary components to help aid growth.

Your growth plates solidify as a male around 16 and as a female around 18. No drug/supplement/PED will make you grow taller past then.

You are out of luck sadly.

If you are talking about muscle growth - The biggest factor in determining your success (or lack there of) with your physique and fitness goals is going to be your diet and training. Stick with the 'bread and butter' supplements:
1. A high quality protein powder

2. A fish oil

3. A high quality multivitamin

4. Creatine

You could add a BCAA supplement to the above list but it isn't required. http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/P...GEAR-p149.html

A good natural testosterone booster would be a good addition as well, if budget permits: http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Cycle-Support/HCGenerate-ES-p238.html

Stick to the basics. A proper diet, HARD training and consistency is what is going to give you the results you are after. Not some fancy pre-workout drink.

Good food and physical exercise are the best things you will ever find for growth. However, unfortunately no PED or supplement will contribute to growth in height specifically, so there will be no luck for you. Besides, you can't deny the genetics, and in any case it will be extremely hard to grow past the height you were meant to have.

Well. Unless you are a kid/teenager with a certain condition of lack of growth hormone - then HGH would help. But I am 99.9% sure this is not the case
