Creatine and whey.
Creatine: 4-5 weeks without load phase. 5g daily. Result: little mass gain and strength increasing.
Whey: just as an additive to food (to up daily protein intake) one scoop daily

Sometimes i use multivitamin complexes.

Hey Elmer,

First post I might as well contribute here helping you out! I use ;
Greens supplement - help intake more nutrients, as I feel throughout my diet I don’t intake enough greens.

Fish oil - good way to elevate my HDL, and when I’m on other “supplements” my lipid profile takes a hit so I gotta keep my cholesterol in check

Protein powder - get my protein in post workout, and a good way to replace meals when I have no time to eat.

Multivitamin - get my micronutrients in, and just good for overall health.

My advice like the other guys, keep it simple man, if you’re eating a balanced diet you shouldn’t have the need to use a lot of supplements.

Hey man, first post I’d love to help with this!

Greens supplement - 1 scoop in the morning fasted, get my micronutrients in and I feel helps me throughout the day as I don’t get enough greens in my diet.

Fish oil - keep my lipid profile in check, especially when I’m using PED’s, cholesterol goes a little abnormal and my LDL elevated and my HDL decreases. Good for Cardiac health.

Protein powder - use it throughout the day to replace meals when I have no time to eat solid food.

Multivitamin - help me get in all my vitamins that I don’t get from my solid food sources.

Coq10 - heart health

Like the other guys posted, nice and simple supplement stack. I feel everyone can agree that if you’re eating a well balanced diet, the need for additional supplements is not necessary. Keep it simple my friend.

There are a couple supplements that I take year round and recommend to all my clients.
1. Fish/krill oil
2. A good quality multivitamin
3. A high quality whey isolate powder
4. creatine

1. The fish oil you can buy at costco. That'll be around $25
2. Ruthless 3d from n2bm.com is $15 for a 30 day supply
3. A bag of wheytobuildmuscle from n2bm.com is $40 and will last you 2 months using 1.5 scoops per day
4. ancient strength from n2bm.com is $15 for a 30 day supply

Adding that all up, you are at $125.
