i start at 50mcg and taper to 100mcg, but i also add t4 in as well.. 200mcg t4..
 
nope 1x on an empty stomach..

that's how the doc prescribes it for my wife, so that's how i run it as well..

100mcg/day divided into 2 doses (upon waking and before bed). I have gone up to 200mcg/day a couple times over the years, and it flattens out muscle glycogen SEVERELY, even on cycle, to the point your physique loses it's muscular appearance - but it works.

I would be interested in hearing some thoughts on why adding T4 would be a worthy advantage? Thanks! :)
