im good at nothing else hahaha

 its ok. im only good at a few things. im limited also

I hate tendinitis, i have it in my forearms :( but i just use icy hot.

Im supposed to have surgery someday to help with my tendinitis in my shoulder. This is really the only option as, you cant recover from tendinitis, it will most likely bother you for the rest of your life. Even with the surgery my doctor said it may only help a with a small amount of pain.

Right now I just have a few Rx's I take when it starts to flare up. Robaxin and DayPro help ALOT. I have also been using tiger balm and dit da jow (chinese herbal linement) for years.

Although he said if I stopped lifting heavy, it would probably help, but I just deal with it.

I also use this Mexican horse muscle relaxer rub stuff... I dunno what it is, the labels all in spanish but I got it from this guy on my team, and it too works quite well lol. But mainly you're just gonna have to throw through it, there really isn't any fix for it.

Well I have it in both my elbows, stretching helps along with heat them first (ice shoulders, heat elbows). What works for me after heating the elbow in the arm I'm going to stretch is straightening that arm in front of me, grabbing the hand with the other arm and twisting it inwards (right arm twist counter-clockwise, left opposite).

Only twist it til the pain is starting, dont want to make it worse. I have to do this every day to keep things from tightening up a getting really sore. Also helps the rotator cuff a bit I find :) then after I'll use the icy hot stuff

I just had a long bout with tendonitis in my achilies. I couldnt run for 4 months. I would say def limit activity that causes the inflammation and see if you can find a practictioner in your area that has an ARP(Accelerated Recovery Performance). Its kind of like a stim unit but it works much faster because the wave form works with the body somehow. This link will better describe it's benefits. I saw improvement week to week since he got one 6 weeks ago. I can finally run again.

The Evolution behind ?The ARP Trainer?

Try ART or Graston soft tissue work - you have 16 muscle and their tendons crossing at 1 point and they often bunch together forming adhesions and tissue restriction - doesn't tickle but it works - got this tip from Mike Reinold, the Red Sox head trainer & PT.
