Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 12
testosterone e 500mg/week (or 150mg test prop EOD)
tren e 300mg/week (or 100mg tren ace EOD)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day
cabergoline 0.5mg E3D
cardarine gw 20mg/day (10mg AM 10mg PM)

TREN A, cause if you don't respond well to it. It will clear your system faster. Oh, ad I run my tren at 120-150/ week with great results. Not real fast, but steady.

Do u guys recommend test and tren as a first cycle? I have a friend who juices up and recommended that as a first injectable cycle but I feel like I should just stick to test only for the first cycle

Test e is good but u have to wait to kick in ur body... if u r ok with pain use prop it is better and faster so of test e 500 mg if prop 150 eod will good choice

Well tren shuts you down hard. So you use test to keep the human body feeling like its "active". Like anything else start out low on the tren and move up til where you meet your test level. After such point you should have a feel for your body then you can go higher with the tren.

Tren ace is the best to try this with so you can adjust easy.

I hate waiting four weeks for an adjustment to kick in.

Bro is this will work if i put 75 eod of tren act with 500 test e..?
Or yet better to keep it at 50 eod with test e..?
Yet later on will switch to prop when bottle of test e finishes also at that time should i match the same dose of tren like 50-75 eod as tren or should i keep one or other higher ?
I dont want any sides from it i want to play.it safe with tren for me and friends who they count also on ur knowledge.. thanks

For a first cycle, I always recommend test c or e. They are almost identical as far as half life. Long esters are recommended so you only have to pin twice per week. Shorter esters require at least EOD. You will also have a bit of pain from virgin muscle so it gives you more time to heal up.

My first run on tren was with Ace. I got my tren dose dialed in where I liked it and switched to TREN E to get away from injections EOD. My test dose is usually around 350-400/ week. Inject approx 60 tren e/ 200 test E once on Monday and once on Friday. I have to keep my trent kinda low, causes it cause me heartburn, bad. So I been using more probiotics and oatmeal lately and may increase my tren slightly with a similar increase in my test.

Well, the esters only affect the release rate, so I would rather say that you will be most benefited with the enanthate, as it will allow you to do less injections.

No, in no case should you use trenbolone on a first cycle, nor on a second or third one. It is an extremely potent and harsh steroid that can be quite tricky, and will cause a lot of side effects. You should start using tren with some experience behind the belt.

I would recommend the enanthate, as it will keep the testosterone levels very steady, and will require less injections to be made. The propionate is not a very good idea, as it will require frequent injections, and these will be quite painful.

Usually it is best to have more of testosterone in the cycle in order to prevent very strong suppression and libido issues. Besides, let us not forget that trenbolone is 5 times as powerful as testosterone is, both in androgenic terms, and anabolic. Therefore, you don't need any more than 300-400 mgs per week for awesome results. Anything above that will only add to the side effects, not results.

Impossible to answer that. I've ran tren as little as 100 per week and experience itchy scalp, increased aggression, and night sweats.
