Test Dosage while cutting....help

Ive got a vacation coming up and trying to look my best & I'm not trying to do anything other than test right now (came off Ace-mast-Prop in December)

I've been running 300mg of REAL pharm grade test while cutting, everything's been going smoothly.....I had some injectable winny laying around and I finished off a few weeks worth, so it's hard to tell exactly how much weight I've lost as of the past few weeks with water weigh coming & going, but I can tell my fat loss has slowed down slightly (im about 5 weeks into a cut)

I'm 6'5 290 & my macros have been roughly 90-100 fat -- 350 carb -- 350 protein w/ 300mg of test weekly

I'm starving to feel softer than usual and I feel depleted, vascularity is less than normal

Any suggestions on macros or should I lower/raise my Test dosage?

What's your bodyfat %? Just a rough guesstimate. Also, how much cardio per week? Duration each time and how many times a week? How often on the weights?

BF % I have no clue, I carry my weight differently......I'm lean in the shoulders arms and legs, but I have some midsection fat goin on, as I'm pushing 300lbs it's been more than usual......4-5 days a week lifting heavy.....and cardio has mp even very moderate, about 30 min of incline treadmill x 3 a week.......I was trying to let the diet do its work before turning up the cardio

If your diet is on par, sounds like your gonna have to ramp up the cardio. I have a similar body build. 42, 6'1", 232-240lbs, guesstimating 16-17%bf. Unfortunately, I seem to carry most of it in the midsection. I struggle with the cardio, as I don't focus as much on lifting when I do that (then start feeling weaker/ puny). Just hard to find the time between work, kids, ole lady,....
 
It's hard for me to give you an answer without looking at everything you are doing in greater detail but I would suggest:
1. Lowering you fat intake to around 40-50g/day
2. Adding in cardarine gw from sarms1.com to your current cycle. You can read up on it more here: http://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/
20mg/day (10mg AM 10mg PM) is a good dosage
It's non-hormonal and not a stimulant.

Cardarine would definitely be a very good addition for cutting - it will effectively burn fat and maintain lean mass. Additionally, it will greatly increase endurance and recovery, so you will be able to perform more cardio, which will also help with weight loss.
 
Just try small adjustments and gauge how you react. Start with an extra day of cardio. If you have been doing hiit switch to steady state cardio as this will actually be better when you ar feeling depleted. Change up macros slightly like Muskate said. Just small things and see what works for you.
