Approved Log Testosterone only first Cycle Log

Nice update mate. Good bunch of workouts there. Looking strong on squats and deadlifts as usual.

One thing I'd be careful of is pressing volume with the shoulder and arm day the day after chest and back. With the two shoulder presses plus the close grip bench it ends up being a lot for the week.

At first I didn't understand the stopping in April but now I see it's allowing time for levels to clear for July. There might be ways around it. Others with more knowledge could advise here. But you could just take a shot of undeconoate before the trip or switch to test P which will clear your system sooner.
Thanks for the support mate and as always, appreciate the feedback on the workout. I always try to avoid a shoulder day follow h chest/back. Injuries are a concern but the fatigue take away the effectiveness of the session.

Weekly check in

General update - this was the final week of what turn out to only be a 5 week cycle. Due to work travel commitments and the need to keep my TRT prescription through the clinic I've needed to drop back to my TRT dose (125mg / week) as somewhat of a cruise until July. Last week was the final week of 300mg and as of yesterday I'm back to TRT.
I would have loved to stay on cycle as everything has been working perfectly. Crushing the new training volume, mood is high, body is still recomping but I’m going to keep up the intensity and the focus.

Body:
Weight - 77.8kg Average (0.6kg down on last week)
Noticed my weight has been trending down a little even though training and diet has been on point. The only change has been an increase in daily steps. Up from 11,000 daily to 14,000. This is due to the commencement of the over 35s soccer season this week.

Diet:
Macro consumption has been on point. 99/100 adherence and feeling great. Still hungry and based on the above, I’m going to again up my calories/carbs on training days. Shifting now to the following - approx 50-100g more carbs on all training days.

You look great bro! TRT will do you just fine you have a great base and can still make great gains the way you push it hard.

Quick tip for TRT Rx retention: I get my own bloodwork done about 4 weeks before my clinic will draw my blood, then I use the half life of whatever compounds I'm running to ease way off for blood draw day and time it so I'm right in mid range as they expect... hence, my Rx TRT is renewed for another 6 months and I'm off to the races again.

I’m going to again up my calories/carbs on training days. Shifting now to the following - approx 50-100g more carbs on all training days.

Me too - I find my body and digestion reacts quite well through the week based on cycling and I really notice that boost on the high carb days when training legs!

Workouts are looking good. Nice weights on most exercises as usual.15 rep front squats sets after doing back squats sounds brutal.

Weekly check in

General update - this was the final week of what turn out to only be a 5 week cycle. Due to work travel commitments and the need to keep my TRT prescription through the clinic I've needed to drop back to my TRT dose (125mg / week) as somewhat of a cruise until July. Last week was the final week of 300mg and as of yesterday I'm back to TRT.
I would have loved to stay on cycle as everything has been working perfectly. Crushing the new training volume, mood is high, body is still recomping but I’m going to keep up the intensity and the focus.

Body:
Weight - 77.8kg Average (0.6kg down on last week)
Noticed my weight has been trending down a little even though training and diet has been on point. The only change has been an increase in daily steps. Up from 11,000 daily to 14,000. This is due to the commencement of the over 35s soccer season this week.

Diet:
Macro consumption has been on point. 99/100 adherence and feeling great. Still hungry and based on the above, I’m going to again up my calories/carbs on training days. Shifting now to the following - approx 50-100g more carbs on all training days.

Training:
Another solid week. Most weights are up and if they’re not up, form/depth etc has improved. Absolutely loving the volume focus and recovery hasn’t been too bad considering. Most of all, it's fun and motivating. I'm still burning to get into the gym every morning at 4am and crush the next session. A great mental place to be.

Workouts are looking good. Nice weights on most exercises as usual.15 rep front squats sets after doing back squats sounds brutal.

Nothing better than that feeling! Thanks mate. Front squats x 15 are the hardest sets of the week. Will optimise for the next training block as if found my quads are absolutely shot for Bulgarians afterwards
