@fmpsys accutane solid if you have acne issues
you going to start a cycle LOG for us? we all waiting
Accutane was giving me nosebleeds on 10mg. I started getting migraines and ear clog if my shots would go a day or two late (Estro increase I believe, initial bloodwork kind of says estro sensitive {800 total test, 77 estro}..
I have been tapering down.. Taking 300MG p/wk right now, 500IU HCG 3X p/wk and 0.25mg arimidex 2x per week.
Sex is kind of uncomfortable, my balls go up (literally) and it feels weird. This is usually if my balls atrophy from test. So I also am one of the people who need to be on HCG throughout.
500IU HCG X3 P/wk to restore fertility - any thoughts? Shall I add clomid in there as well?
@fmpsys you can have serious nosebleeds with accutane if you do it wrong, especially with hormones.
The issue with hcg is deep and telling you to use clomid is just guessing.

I run a business that is in a very time consuming time right now to say the least.
Update: I have a log of all of my effects and libido, daily. I've been doing research to see what can be causing tinnitus. After looking through my data and doing some research I've found that there are estrogen receptors in your ear and that your inner ear can actually swell from a sharp change in estrogen.
Based on my bloodwork earlier (750 test, 77 estrogen) as originally stated in this post it seems that I am extremely sensitive to aromatization and that AI is needed despite what the bro science on most forums say. (Yes I agree when you first begin you should do it without AI to stabilize variables and track effectively whats causing what).
When my estro increases, even if I am one day off beat from shot (Since I only take AI with Test injection days) I can feel the effects in my ear literally almost few hours after. It becomes very very mild, then worse, then horrible in a matter of 3-4 days (horrible being that I get migraines, teary eyes, etc) My entire left side will feel clogged, even my left nostril will become hard to breathe through.
I had smaller Eustachian tubes since as long as I could remember. So these sides of rising E affect me more in this area.
As far as HCG goes, I am taking 500IUs at 3x P/wk right now and will retest SA in 4 weeks to see where I'm at. I will be at 250MG/200/150MG test within the next 2-3 weeks.
Just some notes before I head to another meeting. I'm going to compile this data to help others, for sure. It has been a struggle and mystery for me dealing with this for 5+ yrs.
Current protocol :
AI 0.25MG (Upping to 3x p/wk M/W/F) starting this week
HCG 500 IU X3 (M/W/F)
TEST CYP 150MG X2 (M/F)
The accutane worked wonderfully. I would love to bring it back. I thought accutane was causing my side effects of nosebleeds, and while it definitely could have contributed and made it easier to bleed, I'm seeing the nosebleeds as a problem from rising Estrogen actually, from me constantly trying to blow my ears and nose out thinking that I had severe TMJ -- taking AI literally wiped these symptoms away within 24-48 hrs.
So, after I stabilize with new AI protocol I will get BW and then re-adjust for accutane is what I am thinking. I was 2 months in at 10mg ED. Didn't want to ruin it.
My biggest goals now - Great fertility & gains. SA showed low motility on sperm so I am focused on bringing that up as I try for a kid.

@fmpsys accutane will work but long term serious organ damage so be safe with it.

and I know you run a business so its hard but lets get a LOG going with details you know as a businessman details are all the facts, so you can update log every few days should be enough time

Holy fuck. I think I found out finally that I NEED an AI. Old bloodwork had me at 224 estrogen with 110 Test n 2019. Then we have one with 1700 Estrogen and 158 test in 2018. Another one with 630 estro and 430 test.
I dug up BW records from 2017-2021 and have all of my BW compiled.
It seems like my body was always converting it to estrogen. I'm looking more into this now.
I still can't believe if I'm seeing this right. I am absolutely flabbergasted. Someone tell me I'm looking at this wrong or theres some diff metric in the USA? 1700 estrogen? - I wasn't trying to go tranny?? Wtf????
