I posted this before but not sure if I posted in the right place. New to the EVO site as this is my first post. I am 41 5'8" at 207lbs with 12% BF and currently on a cycle. I am 8 weeks in and I am planning on stopping on week 10 but continue TRT. Started cycle late October

My current cycle is:
-250 of test cyp (TRT)
-300 NPP
-300 of primo

Test and primo are split 2x per week and NPP EOD. Test is from my doc, NPP is from Ugfreak (para pharma) and primo is from dragon pharma.net (dragon pharma). I have done labs before cycle and middle. I also donate every 2 months

Diet
I work in the construction/ HVAC field. I am on the road a lot for work so I have food prepared and I take that with me. I do see a nutritionist for my diet and use lifebase on my phone to track my macros. I probably don't need it anymore but I keep them around because I feel like it keeps me on track for my goals. For the most part my diet is 90% on point except when I sneak a snickers bar or see the funnel cake guy.

current bulk Macro per day:
-protein 230
-carbs 395
-fats 90-100

Training
I train around 9pm. I have always done the bro split mon-fri and take weekends off. I work one body part per day and will throw a couple extra bicep lifts on back day and some extra tricep on chest day. I warm up with about 3 sets then start my actual sets. Sets of 4 with reps ranging between 10-12 reps. training last
1hr - 1.5hrs

Sleep
I get 7hrs of sleep

Cardio
my job is my cardio

Vitamins
D3 2x per day
liver 2x per day
omega3 2x per day
daily vitamin 2x per day

3 yrs ago I started TRT and was 250lb doing the dad bod cycle. I lost weight added muscle and hit 190lb at 10% body fat this past summer. I started my first cycle I mentioned above to to help add some muscle to fill back in some areas due to some minor loose skin (Its nothing major but it bothers me). I have added 5+lbs of muscle with this cycle. Weight now is 207 with 12% body fat

I guess my questions are:
Should I run this cycle for 12 weeks or stop at 10 like I planned?
How many weeks off before I start a new cycle? 10-12 weeks?
Should I change my diet?
What would be another good lean bulk/ bulk cycle for my age and dosage or should I stay with what I have?
Anyone use ugfreak or dragonpharma.net? Is the quality good?
I know its kinda late asking this since this is week 8 for me but I was thinking I would have gained more by now.

If I stayed with this cycle I was thinking on switching to deca or EQ rather than NPP ( don't care much for all the shots) or adding in a oral like anavar.

I think you need to add more supps and health support - do you monitor blood pressure?

Your lipids arent the best, and your HCT is quite high.

You can run it til 12 weeks, but you need to add high dose fish oil, citrus bergamot, astragalus, red yeast rice and physillium husk to start with. If you check my log and look at my supps, you can get some ideas.
I would not switch to eq or deca based on how long it takes to build and leave your system, and how far into the cycle you are.

After you finish, you need to take some time off, AT LEAST the time you spent on, but let bloods guide you if you need more - add supps and cardio and see how your lipids go.

With HCT - you may consider a blood donation.

Hey dreamer, thanks again for taking a look at my post. While on NPP/ primo did it seem to take long for you to feel/ see the benefits of it? For me I feel like it took 6 weeks or even 7 to see some strength increase and a little size. Normally I am eating 2500 cals a day but jumped it up to bulk. Wasn't sure if it was more of my increase in calories doing most of the work or the NPP/ primo. Just wanted an idea of how your body felt while doing your stack. My plan is to add in some of the supplements you logged and add them into my routine and push to 12 weeks. Cycle will stop in January. Planning on bulking till April ( with TRT) then see where I am at with size + blood work. I am considering doing the same cycle again but adding in anavar.

Hey man, no worries at all.

300 mgs of primo probably wasnt going to be a big mass builder to be honest, I felt mine about 6 weeks in it started to shine - but I was running it at 600. It is pretty mild.

NPP on the other hand I started to notice within 2-3 weeks, that one was steady strength gains and noticeable fullness - on this current cycle running it again the weights just feel lighter.

Consider EQ for your next cycle, could be a bit better and noticeable than primo, anavar maybe - but i am adverse to orals, would rather HGH

this isn't a bad cycle ;D but primo a bit high imo 100mgs enough same with npp but you're already doing it so at least bump the test a bit to 300-350

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good with actualf oods, hard to see this way
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

I would say 6 week bridge as you're on trt

No vitamin C, husk, digestive enzyme. I took a look at Dreamer log and plan to match that since he was on a similar cycle. Let me know what you recommend.

add psyllium husk and digestive enzymes with probiotics ed and higher vitamin C dose @LatersOnTheMJ

the meals out I get those, would it be possible after holidays for you to make at least 6-7 meals per week prepped so 1 meal you eat is prepped? wouldn't be too big some chicken breast with rice and broccoli
 
EQ was on my list to try. Would you stack it with anything other than test c? Whats your thoughts on dosage?
Test is required with eq but if you can get primo now thats your best option, you have it or dont have it yet?
 
I have primo now from dragon pharma that I am running in my cycle now but will need more when I start that cycle
its going to be hard to get more primobolan, I think we should test some eq low dose with you 100mgs or so @LatersOnTheMJ

what would I'd be looking for/ feeling for interal sides
high estrogen can cause mental issues and other unforeseeable sides as well, I wouldn't walk around with high E2 if you can help it but you're at 48 not that high so should be no issues @LatersOnTheMJ

Nothing wrong with a bro split mate. Can you post some sample workouts with exercises and weights used.

I would say 6 week bridge as you're on trt

depends really, test eq is a better stack if you want to lean bulk

ugfreak is considered a trusted brand so they have quality they sell

i think eq is a better pin for you imo

your e2 a bit high you have symptoms?

Is running 300 primo to keep the e2 on check or growth ? Why would people run 600-700 primo?

His primo was higher than his Test so either bump the test or lower the primo which acts like an AI. Hence @LevButlerov's advice.

Anyone running 700 primo is probably running very high Test as well. Low e2 is worse for me than high e2.
