I posted this before but not sure if I posted in the right place. New to the EVO site as this is my first post. I am 41 5'8" at 207lbs with 12% BF and currently on a cycle. I am 8 weeks in and I am planning on stopping on week 10 but continue TRT. Started cycle late October
My current cycle is:
-250 of test cyp (TRT)
-300 NPP
-300 of primo
Test and primo are split 2x per week and NPP EOD. Test is from my doc, NPP is from Ugfreak (para pharma) and primo is from dragon pharma.net (dragon pharma). I have done labs before cycle and middle. I also donate every 2 months
Diet
I work in the construction/ HVAC field. I am on the road a lot for work so I have food prepared and I take that with me. I do see a nutritionist for my diet and use lifebase on my phone to track my macros. I probably don't need it anymore but I keep them around because I feel like it keeps me on track for my goals. For the most part my diet is 90% on point except when I sneak a snickers bar or see the funnel cake guy.
current bulk Macro per day:
-protein 230
-carbs 395
-fats 90-100
Training
I train around 9pm. I have always done the bro split mon-fri and take weekends off. I work one body part per day and will throw a couple extra bicep lifts on back day and some extra tricep on chest day. I warm up with about 3 sets then start my actual sets. Sets of 4 with reps ranging between 10-12 reps. training last
1hr - 1.5hrs
Sleep
I get 7hrs of sleep
Cardio

Vitamins
D3 2x per day
liver 2x per day
omega3 2x per day
daily vitamin 2x per day
3 yrs ago I started TRT and was 250lb doing the dad bod cycle. I lost weight added muscle and hit 190lb at 10% body fat this past summer. I started my first cycle I mentioned above to to help add some muscle to fill back in some areas due to some minor loose skin (Its nothing major but it bothers me). I have added 5+lbs of muscle with this cycle. Weight now is 207 with 12% body fat
I guess my questions are:
Should I run this cycle for 12 weeks or stop at 10 like I planned?
How many weeks off before I start a new cycle? 10-12 weeks?
Should I change my diet?
What would be another good lean bulk/ bulk cycle for my age and dosage or should I stay with what I have?
Anyone use ugfreak or dragonpharma.net? Is the quality good?
I know its kinda late asking this since this is week 8 for me but I was thinking I would have gained more by now.
If I stayed with this cycle I was thinking on switching to deca or EQ rather than NPP ( don't care much for all the shots) or adding in a oral like anavar.
