My First TRT Cycle

Hi my name is Zixrov and this is my first cycle



Compounds:



Testosterone Enanthate 250mg



Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 100mg



Dosages:



100mg test e EOD

50mg NPP EOD



STARTING BLOOD TEST 22/5/2026 :



Oestradiol 132 pmol/L



Testosterone 14.4 nmol/L



SHBG re-std 26 nmol/L



Free Testosterone 336 pmol/L



Routine :



My routine currently is messed up I only go to the Gym 2 times a week due to work schedule but that’s going to change by this week. I always start with 10 mins of treadmill and then I hit either all upper body muscles or all the lower body depending on the day.



My sleep schedule is also off cause I have hard time falling asleep and I always wake up tired ( This was always the case not affected by TRT )



BODY COMPOSITION : 7/6/2026

DIET:



Diet mostly consists of Ground beef served with sweet potatoes or rice and a side of steamed veggies : once a week I replace ground beef with fried salmon





DAILY Supplements:



1 scoop of protein -Tropeaka Organic Tri Blend Plant Based Lean Protein Powder, Natural Vanilla (300g)



3G of creatine



Fish Oil 2x daily

Vitamin D3 1x daily

Zinc 1x daily

Magnesium 1x daily

Calcium 2x daily

Since I’m new to this I know nothing really / how long to run this any supplements I need etc

I’m really looking for advice and any tips are welcomed 🫶
