Currently on my trt dose test e 200mg pw
Deca 150mg pw
Diet intake 3300 to 3500 calories
250g carbs 95g fats 310g protein
I eat mostly rice , eggs and bacon and a banana for breakfast
Rice chicken and broccoli for lunch
Rice or a potato and some sort of beef usually steak with mixed vegetables for dinner
Snacks popcorn banana and protein shake usually 2 in a day eaa with hydration
Workouts 5 days a week have to add cardio back in have not as of yet
Usually go one week with high reps 25 to 30 reps ill warm up with something light just to gain form and blood flow 35 to 40 reps then 4 sets of 25 to 30 taken to exhaustion.
The following week I'll do same warm up 30 to 40 reps just for form and get the blood flowing then 4 sets 10 to 15 to exhaustion
Only squats im keeping light atm even though it make my sciatica pain go away I keep it at 225 and just rep it out and quit when I ha e about 4 reps left in me. My current weight is 282lbs I have lost only about 4 lbs which is fine I ha e gained alot of muscle size and strength my paint size has dropped almost 4 sizes I was in size 42 pants (they were loose but 40 was tight ) I am now ina size 36 pants my arms went from 16" to 19" I ha e not measured my chest but its filling out nicely especially the upper part gained alot of strength back that's about it atm I'll post a picture later when I get a chance as for my next cycle not sure yet I ha e alot of choices as for bloods Lipids were slightly off but are falling right back into place everything else was spot on that's it for now not much more to say
