This is me

46 years old

Im a Farm boy as my name says Lifted heavy from 16 to my early 20's almost all fee weights. Did 3 cycles of gear when I was 21
Quit lifting in my early 20's after my old man died i tried picking lifting up on and off over the years but kept falling off the wagon. well this times different like smoking which i did for almost 28 years im done, done being out of shape which I have been for about 7 years. I was also diagnosed type 2 diabetes a year and a half ago dr said with proper diet and exercise i could fix my insulin issues. I have also been diagnosed with low T so I am on prescribed trt. I'll post pictures at a later date, already made a few purchases on gear from several places including a friend we will see how they pan out hopefully no issues but time will tell. In any event here is a list of what I did back in the day
Cycle 1

Dbol 25mg per day 7 weeks cycle
Deca 100mg per week
400 mg enethate per week
12 week cycle

Cycle 2
300 mg equipoise per week
400 mg sustanon per week

Cycle 3

Hgh can't remember dose

Humulin R insulin
Injections we 2 days a week.

My diet was steak eggs and chicken
Isopure protein low carb shake
Roughly 240 ish grams of protein a day
The insulin scared me i wolk up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat the whole bed was soaked and no i didn't pee the bed lol.
Those cycles combined took me from 195- 205 lbs with a max bench of 375 , 245 - 260 lbs with a max bench of 500 lbs my arms went from 18.5 and 18 to 22 and 22.5.

Now currently this is what im on

Mounjaro 7mg per week

TRT cypionate 200mg a week

All nutricost products

Whey protein isolate 60g per day
Multivitamin
Creatine monohydrate 5g per day
Omega 3
Niacin 500mg per day
EAA 8mg per day

I eat steak, pork ,chicken , eggs, rice potatoes and bread mostly rye bread and vegetables throughout the day asparagus, peppers kale on occasion and salad of course.

My blood work is pretty decent blood pressure is decent not great 125/80

Lipids are all in check
Testosterone serum has been tested several times
And comes in at roughly 400 ng/dl at 100mg cypionate pw and 1100 ng/dl at 200mg of cypionate pw.

If all goes as planned my first cycle

20mg dbol per day 6 weeks
150 mg deca per week

2nd cycle

50mg anadrol 6 weeks
150 mg deca per week
250 mg sustanon per week
100mg trt per week
12 weeks
Monday, Tuesday injection

3rd cycle
50mg deca per week
300mg Equipoise per week
400mg trt per week
16 weeks

I will rest 6 weeks between cycles on low dose trt during cycles my goal is to consume
3 to 4k calories and atleast 240 grams protein a day including vitamins etc listed above I will raise creatine to 10 grams per day

I will pull blood work at mid cycle and mid rest periods might add Arimidex in there depends never used anything else in the past but maybe body has changed. In any event this is what i got atm any suggestions greatly appreciated oh and im currently 275 dad bod not going to even attempt at guessing body fat percentage atm. That's me in my early 20's that's the only guy im competing against lol

Welcome to the EVO Family! Nice start to the log. If you could get some starting pics of your self with the face blurred out and any identifying tats if you want. That would be helpful to see what your starting base is. Then just start logging as best you can your workouts, your daily food intake, and if you can post your blood work. blur out any identifying stuff on your blood work. That would be great to help everyone see where your at and to help guide you to where you want to go. Also the forum loves to see food pics. I like to call it food porn. I like to see other peoples gym set ups or the different gym equipment where they workout if they go to a gym. I hope one day I can build a home garage gym. I have an awesome gym 10 minutes from my house so its hard to justify building out that kind of space right now. What is your goals for your fitness, health and your cycles? Sounds like to me you want to build strength, mass, and lose body fat. Do you have a priority like lose fat, build strength or gain muscle mass? My suggestion would be to focus on cutting fat off before hitting some of those cycles. If you just cant wait to do something try like a cutting cycle with your test and mounjaro. The more experienced guys on here can give suggestions on those kinds of cycles. Health wise it would be better to lose the fat first then pack on the strength and muscle. We support you in whatever you decided for yourself. I didn't chose to lose all the fat first before i chased my strength goal before I turned 50. I set my goal for strength before I found this forum. If i had come here first I dont know if I had set my strength goal but probably would have set a cut goal and did a cut cycle. Once i get a goal set there is no changing course for me. I hit my goal and learned a lot in that time span and now know I need to cut down specially at my age because the body has less give then when I was 20 years old. It sucks in that sense being older and using enhancements. Now i am cutting and if i lose some mass and strength oh well. I need to be healthier and I can gain the mass and strength back later. If your looking to recomp I get it. I get its fun using the androgens as well.

For my cut I got a suggestion of Eq and winstrol but since I am coming off 500mg of test weekly. I pin EOD. Going back to TRT they suggested adding in EQ I think 300mg a week with my TRT and then once you get your body fat down then hit the bulk cycle. I think after my cycle I am going to just go TRT for a while and focus on my cut just dieting. I need to become an expert and perfect my diet habits if I plan to use peds as i get older. That way it is less harsh on blood work and body. I personally right now estrogen went up high still being overweight then It should be. I am using arimidex for it. I then crashed my estrogen taking to much because .25 of a pill didnt bring it down enough blood work wise but i felt better then. so went to .5 eod. That crashed me down to low where i didnt feel good. Then had to dial it back and bring my estrogen back up. i actually feel better with a little higher estrogen. I also dont need it in the 90's though. I am going to lose my weight I am around 232 right now. I am going to cut down to 200 then look at doing a bulk cycle next year. Rest of the time I am going to just cruise on TRT. Then do a longer cycle once a year or do 2 smaller cycles a year. That is my long term plan at the moment. I like to stay around 200 lean and not ever get above 225 again in my life. As we get older having all the extra fat on and trying to add in more stuff it wrecks different blood markers more easily. Keep up with the blood work. I do mine pre cycle mid cycle and after. I caught my Alt high mid cycle this last time that's when I decided to stop the anavar immediately. I kind of rambled on but hope this helps. Sounds like you are bid dude muscle wise already being a farm guy and mechanic. If you got the fat off you probably have a nice body under there already. Get some pics up and lets see what we are working with and everyone can give better advice. Looking forward to this, your going to have an great transformation I bet!

Yeah I thought about cutting down fat first but decided the heck with it let me add some strength and well mass will come with it since summer is over and winter is around the corner then sepend late winter and spring chopping it down im stubborn lol I love eq it for me it made my muscle rock hard I wish I had more pictures from when I was younger but unfortunately only a few but I did take a few current ones have fun at the gym

With type 2 diabetes we need to start monitoring your blood sugar, do you have a steady blood sugar monitor hooked up to you arm?

I was going a different route and someone on here kinda is swaying me to drop weight and do a cutting cycle before bulking to drop some weight so whats everyone's recommendation on doses and would you leave the deca in or out I kinda wanted it for joint relief but let's hear what you all recommend im currently on trt cypionate 200mg

you should NOT be using any bulking steroids now and go slow lets not cycle yet.

You should be cutting down first NOT bulking with type 2 diabetes and your situation now, but it can be a lean recomp.

Thanks Lev you just gave me alot of homework lol I will try and get this information to you over the next few days I will post my bloods asap as for constant monitoring of my blood sugar no i only check it a few times a week I used to check what foods made me spike and stay away from them. as for my source i got stuff coming from a friend but found 2 on hear that hopefully pan out and seem to be so far I only grabbed what i remember worked back in the day I will listen as you several suggested no bulking yet I did leave out I do use milk thistle daily I'll try and work up a log of what im eating etc. I habe to order eq I have some coming but I imagine I won't see it for a few weeks so I'll order some domestic also im on prescribed cypionate 200mg per week should I use that and just get more cypionate to make 400 mg or get enethate etc your thoughts? Thanks again for all the support and suggestions I hit a gold mind finding this forum all see very chill and friendly also would you be against a small dose of deca in the stack? Hopefully i didn't miss anything but im sure I did lol

Why did you use test at 21?

The low T levels now can be connected to the obesity which caused the type II
That was what was suggested back then grandmother was diabetic I was told it could be genetics but was also told It could possibly be reversed alot has changed for me in the past year and a half my blood has improved substantially
 
@Farmboy79 your blood glucose is very high, are you doing intermittent fasting of any sort? IF
and alt ast high, what were you taking during this time? in terms of steroids alcohol etc

Just prescribed trt those numbers have dropped substantially in the past year dr said I had a fatty liver it was do to my sugar being so high for so long yes I fasted for the blood test but I was also in the middle of switching from ozempic to mounjaro and in-between all I was on was metformin for about a month. Dr has been super satisfied with whats changed i have a physical in the beginning of September
 
well i'm glad your doctor is encouraging you to fix diet and lifestyle. as you know most people don't listen to doctors. they just accept 'hey i'm diabetic let me take pills for the rest of my life"

Yeah I was stubborn well still am lol but I like my dr she treats me like a human not a number she also listens to me when I suggest things and she's not afraid to admit when she doesn't know one thing I can say growing up in agricultural I habe learned the food were being given today is junk our meats are fed fillers to grow and produce fast if you can buy Amish or from a local farm do so chicken is especially compromised imo.

Just prescribed trt those numbers have dropped substantially in the past year dr said I had a fatty liver it was do to my sugar being so high for so long yes I fasted for the blood test but I was also in the middle of switching from ozempic to mounjaro and in-between all I was on was metformin for about a month. Dr has been super satisfied with whats changed i have a physical in the beginning of September

I would have done more than 15 minutes but my boy had football practice i do walk 8 to 10k steps a day bc of my job lol definitely will try to work more time in and do more reps will take pictures of meals as well. just got another meal going in the slow cooker chicken breast mixed veggies hot peppers and potatoes with chicken broth that's tomorrow dinner and tonights dinner is my meal prep for lunch

I try to stay away from fruit the best I can bc of the sugar although I love grapefruit and not the sweet kind lol definitely looking to add avocado and nuts into the diet thanks everyone for the suggestions they are very much appreciated

I try to stay away from fruit the best I can bc of the sugar although I love grapefruit and not the sweet kind lol definitely looking to add avocado and nuts into the diet thanks everyone for the suggestions they are very much appreciated
fruit has very little sugar. its mostly fiber and water. so it digests slow and the sugar doesn't cause any issues

Question im currently on 200mg cyp im going to bump test to 400mg should I continue to do it with cyp or switch to enethate or do part cyp part enethate? I'll also be adding 150mg deca and 250 equipoise
Whatever you do dont buy the 400mg strength bottle of Test. I did that thinking I could use it when i blast and take half when i cruise and that shit gave me so much PIP. I did that before I found this forum. Only way I could use that stuff was like 25ml of the test 400 e with some 200mg test cyp. It wouldnt hurt in my delt or glute but even that mix still hurt in my thigh.

@kcates Just put 75 mg deca and 200mg trt cyp in my glutes so far ive had zero issues. yeah I have some 500mg eq on the way but only using .25ml I inject 2 times a week

I was thinking I could just take 1/2 ml to get 200mg to do my trt weekly. Man, i shot that first 200mg 1/2ml in my right leg. I could barely walk went to the doctor thinking I had a bad infection in my leg. Afterward i got to thinking maybe it was the 400mg stuff and i tried it in my delt. Same thing again I could barely use my arm. It last exactly a week. The pain would be gone exactly a week later when I needed to do the shot again. Then i started doing 1/4 ml mixed with some cypionate and it was tolerable. I don't buy test over 250 now. I got some test 250 cyp from napsgear and its smooth as my pharmacy prescription. That's all I was warning you about incase you didn't know. I guess some people can handle it. I was warming it up and everything. Now I know i can't handle the strong stuff. lol

I was thinking about the eq test mix bit was told you will never get a consistent dose not sure of the truth to that but makes sense

400mgs/ml Test is VERY painful crazy PIP they have warnings on the site for it, and I only only of 2 PRO bodybuilders in my life that can handle it like 5% of population lol @kcates

I don't know how eq is I was strictly talking about test. I was cutting it to .25 and it still would make my leg sore but wouldn't feel it in my glute or delt at .25. now I have 2 1/2 bottles of that stuff just laying around not sure what to do with it. I wish I knew a way to cut it.
 
This is me

46 years old

Im a Farm boy as my name says Lifted heavy from 16 to my early 20's almost all fee weights. Did 3 cycles of gear when I was 21
Quit lifting in my early 20's after my old man died i tried picking lifting up on and off over the years but kept falling off the wagon. well this times different like smoking which i did for almost 28 years im done, done being out of shape which I have been for about 7 years. I was also diagnosed type 2 diabetes a year and a half ago dr said with proper diet and exercise i could fix my insulin issues. I have also been diagnosed with low T so I am on prescribed trt. I'll post pictures at a later date, already made a few purchases on gear from several places including a friend we will see how they pan out hopefully no issues but time will tell. In any event here is a list of what I did back in the day

My diet was steak eggs and chicken
Isopure protein low carb shake
Roughly 240 ish grams of protein a day
The insulin scared me i wolk up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat the whole bed was soaked and no i didn't pee the bed lol.
Those cycles combined took me from 195- 205 lbs with a max bench of 375 , 245 - 260 lbs with a max bench of 500 lbs my arms went from 18.5 and 18 to 22 and 22.5.

Never get gear about 250mgs/ml you will regret it later. It's not like shopping for best price here, it's going to be impossible to use for you due to high pain. @Farmboy79

I commented above before, high mg/ml is going to be really painful REALLY painful to pin, if you can handle it you should try it.
I would suggest you stay away from dragon pharma and stick to Beligas and get normal 200-250mgs/ml gear with EQ if you can get 100mgs/ml even better.
With steroids it's not like walmart best deal shopping, it's about quality and what your body can handle.

I have always done twice a day. I tried early morning and mid afternoon so not mess with my sleep. Then I did early morning and end of day before bed. I was doing 25 mg 2x daily. I didn't notice a difference when I did either way. Just my experience.
@kcates awesome thanks yeah I have 10mg per pill did you feel 50mg was enough to much or just right? Did it mess with your sleep? I'm guessing not bc u took b4 bed. Hope your having a great weekend
 
Honestly, the first time I used it i did an 8 week cycle of it that's when I used it morning and mid afternoon. I was also using 200mg of test cyp, my trt dose, with it. I was doing strength training and while I was on it I didn't feel anything I didn't notice anything different. I just was able to keep putting more weight on week after week. Now when I came off of it and it cleared my system and I lost the strength at that point I was like oh shit that stuff was working for my strength gains which is what I wanted. this last round I tried to add it when I was doing 500mg of test and I only used it for 3 weeks and when I did mid cycle blood work my ALT was high so I cut it out a week early. I was only using it for 4 weeks for strength gains for a personal strength test before my 50th birthday. That round when I was using higher test I didn't feel the results like I did the first time with lower dose test. Even on 500mg test I don't feel any different then I do when I am doing 200mg test. I have definitely learned that steroids are no magic thing that makes you get jacked or super hero strong. The only time I felt a huge difference is when I started TRT. My first test level was 158 ng/dl before I started TRT. Before TRT I was a grumpy dude. MY family would even call me grumpy. I was short tempered. Then once I started TRT everything got better. My mood changed, energy levels changed, recovery from gym and work got better, stress levels went down, I wasnt short tempered, and now I just love life. I actually have more emotions now. Before I had no empathy. Right now I feel like I am on a journey to find what works best for me. I think next blast when I do decide to do one I am going to either add in EQ or Masteron or maybe prime. I don't know yet. I come off this 500mg a week, Sept. 3rd. Then I am going to stay on TRT for awhile. I got to do blood work for my doc in October. Then I will maybe do sports TRT go up to 300mg until next year and then doing something after the holidays. It all depends on blood work and how those things are going. I hope my experience helps with anything.

I also have some Sustenon 250 in the safe at some point I want to try. Not sure if I should try it as TRT or wait for a blast. I also would like to try DECA. I am not a big fan of pills having to remember to take them. I like taking injections specially if it is only once or twice a week. Right now I am EOD and it don't bother me. Just going to over time figure out what works best for me then probably do like 2x 8 week cycles of that a year once I figure out what works for me. I only started TRT not even a year ago and then it lead to wanting to push the limits since I was already low and now have shut down my system for life.

I am having a good weekend. Just going to the gym and relaxing at the house. Doing some office work to get ready for the week ahead is all. I hope you are having a great weekend as well. Curious what kind of farm do you live on? I have been in construction all my life so I been around major cities, Tampa and Jacksonville, FL, where all the remodel work is.
