Im a Farm boy as my name says Lifted heavy from 16 to my early 20's almost all fee weights. Did 3 cycles of gear when I was 21
Quit lifting in my early 20's after my old man died i tried picking lifting up on and off over the years but kept falling off the wagon. well this times different like smoking which i did for almost 28 years im done, done being out of shape which I have been for about 7 years. I was also diagnosed type 2 diabetes a year and a half ago dr said with proper diet and exercise i could fix my insulin issues. I have also been diagnosed with low T so I am on prescribed trt. I'll post pictures at a later date, already made a few purchases on gear from several places including a friend we will see how they pan out hopefully no issues but time will tell. In any event here is a list of what I did back in the day

Dbol 25mg per day 7 weeks cycle
Deca 100mg per week
400 mg enethate per week
12 week cycle

300 mg equipoise per week
400 mg sustanon per week

Humulin R insulin
Injections we 2 days a week.
My diet was steak eggs and chicken
Isopure protein low carb shake
Roughly 240 ish grams of protein a day
The insulin scared me i wolk up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat the whole bed was soaked and no i didn't pee the bed lol.
Those cycles combined took me from 195- 205 lbs with a max bench of 375 , 245 - 260 lbs with a max bench of 500 lbs my arms went from 18.5 and 18 to 22 and 22.5.

Mounjaro 7mg per week
TRT cypionate 200mg a week
All nutricost products
Whey protein isolate 60g per day
Multivitamin
Creatine monohydrate 5g per day
Omega 3
Niacin 500mg per day
EAA 8mg per day
I eat steak, pork ,chicken , eggs, rice potatoes and bread mostly rye bread and vegetables throughout the day asparagus, peppers kale on occasion and salad of course.
My blood work is pretty decent blood pressure is decent not great 125/80
Lipids are all in check
Testosterone serum has been tested several times
And comes in at roughly 400 ng/dl at 100mg cypionate pw and 1100 ng/dl at 200mg of cypionate pw.

3 to 4k calories and atleast 240 grams protein a day including vitamins etc listed above I will raise creatine to 10 grams per day
I will pull blood work at mid cycle and mid rest periods might add Arimidex in there depends never used anything else in the past but maybe body has changed. In any event this is what i got atm any suggestions greatly appreciated oh and im currently 275 dad bod not going to even attempt at guessing body fat percentage atm. That's me in my early 20's that's the only guy im competing against lol
