I have been impressed with PSlin. the guy who makes it doesnt put the real ingredients on the list because he "wants to protect it" or something like that. but the shit works pretty good. i have noticed increased endurance during workouts, presumably from more glycogen.

so i was at costco the other day and they now have ABB protien shots. a pack of like twelve ,8.5 oz bottles. 30g of protien, 1g of crbs.

i dont know how good ABB is anymore but i know when my pops was competeing it was the shit, everyone was into that brand.

so i had to pick up 2 cases. i really would like to see need2 come up with something like this ,so i would know that its really good quality shit. its awsome cause its 30g of prtien and you can drink it in a mater of seconds.
