I haven't started my cycle yet I'm new to this I've had a couple cycles before but they were under misleading people guiding me the wrong way....not sure what I'm gonna use for my cycle as of yet but will add that once I get started
I'm gonna keep it 100 with you guys and I will not be offended at any for of advice criticism or anything that comes my way as I understand you are all only trying to help me so thank U in advance fellas .....
My diet at moment is couple Vegemite sangas for lunch at work and various snacks
And dinner at home each night is normally some sort of meat and a mix of veg with the occassional pasta meals I do feel I struggle with appetite to be honest
I'm 38 years old
I'm 175 cm in height
I'm 75 kgs in weight
Cardio is shocking to be honest
Sleep I'm getting around 7/8 hours a night
My training I've been on and off the the last few years but I very much so intend to get back into atleast 5 days a week with out fail at the gym and on the off days do weights at home
I'm only just getting back on the horse as far as regular training goes I'm currently not on any sups and currently haven't started a cycle as I'm wanting to make sure I get the knowledge needed to make the best decision as to what I order and how long I run it and how often I dose ECT ECT I'm really wanting to focus on bulking up strength abs and cardio I must admit that is something I've gotta pull my finger out with .....please don't hesitate to ask for anything you think I may have left out ......thanks legends greatly appreciated

Get it brother.. diet will be key to success. Really focus on hitting atleast 200g of protein a day.. replace the Vegemite sangas with something more rich in nutrients and high in protein. Breakfast try adding In some overnight oats with a protein shake.

Spend a little time dialing in diet/training prior to using any gear. Make the most out of the cycle.

to start off we gotta know whats up with your food and training
so share what you doing day to day at least a week no matter what it is, EVO is a no judgement zone, we will help you mod it

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@auslad1986 Bros. Get in the best conditioning, you can. That will allow you to have the best results. I think you're gonna have some good gains.
 
Awesomeness thank U bro s for all the good advice.....so I've decided I'm gonna run test E and either anvar or dbol just wondering what you'd all recommend between the dbol and anvar so the test E is 300mg so I'll hit 0.8ml of that twice a week and then I'll be stacking with either 10 mg of Anavar everyday or I'll do 20 mg of dbol everyday for the first 4 weeks then increase after that ............ Not sure if I'll go the Anavar or dbol just just thought I'd ask some opinions before I choose between the two
 
I managed to start the day off with more/increased Eating had a chicken sausage on toast first thing when I woke up and then about hour later had bacon eggs toast and mushrooms was decent serving alot more then my usual just having a cuppa .....and at lunch had two tins of tuna and some left over spaghetti Bolognese from last night's dinner and an up n go .......so yeah definitely took on the advice of trying to eat more and managed to start that process.... tomorrow I'm going to go hit the shops and buy heap of ingredients to make a heap of meal prep up for the upcoming week .....thanks a tonne ya bunch of legends having ya support has really sparked a massive fire in me aye

Speaking of which haha @Allupfromhere check out his log from when he started to now. He has done an amazing job transformation , diet and training.

Make sure before you try and gear that you will commit yourself to the training, no point taking gear and not grinding.

At 38 you could look at implementing some sports TRT.. see how you go and after awhile give a proper blast a go.

Also if wanting help in stripping the fat - Raptor has cheap clenbuterol - (research and look at side effects first). I personally loved using clen to help strip fat
 
Welcome brother awesome to hear you have started your journey. Whatever you are looking to achieve i can promise you it is possible with the right strategy.
One thing I have genuinely learnt is Ped's are honestly just an enhancement. Nutrition is your foundation and then paired with training as your stimulus becomes your building blocks. When you dial these two in, then bring in the gear and enjoy the entire journey. All the best legend you have joined the best community you could have for this stage of your life. Massive evo fam support for you bro🤙💪👊
