@auslad1986 much respect for this update. your height/weight is looking solidI haven't started my cycle yet I'm new to this I've had a couple cycles before but they were under misleading people guiding me the wrong way....not sure what I'm gonna use for my cycle as of yet but will add that once I get started
I'm gonna keep it 100 with you guys and I will not be offended at any for of advice criticism or anything that comes my way as I understand you are all only trying to help me so thank U in advance fellas .....
My diet at moment is couple Vegemite sangas for lunch at work and various snacks
And dinner at home each night is normally some sort of meat and a mix of veg with the occassional pasta meals I do feel I struggle with appetite to be honest
I'm 38 years old
I'm 175 cm in height
I'm 75 kgs in weight
Cardio is shocking to be honest
Sleep I'm getting around 7/8 hours a night
My training I've been on and off the the last few years but I very much so intend to get back into atleast 5 days a week with out fail at the gym and on the off days do weights at home
I'm only just getting back on the horse as far as regular training goes I'm currently not on any sups and currently haven't started a cycle as I'm wanting to make sure I get the knowledge needed to make the best decision as to what I order and how long I run it and how often I dose ECT ECT I'm really wanting to focus on bulking up strength abs and cardio I must admit that is something I've gotta pull my finger out with .....please don't hesitate to ask for anything you think I may have left out ......thanks legends greatly appreciated
