When to start 2nd Sarms Cycle

I did a 12 week sarms cycle of
LGD + S4 + GW (weeks 5-12)

I'm finishing a 4 week PCT
of Nolva + Clo + GW

I have the goods for my next sarms cycle
Osta + S4 + GW

Should I wait a period after the PCT before doing the 2nd sarms cycle or can I hop right into it.

I had good results from the 12 cycle and I felt a little suppression (i think from the LGD and S4) but getting back to normal now.

I'm 42.

I also forgot to mention that I have 2 bottles of MK-677. How would you implement that into your cycle after the PCT?

Take a 4 week break and you will be good to go brother. Glad you had nice results!

This is what I would do:

Start the nutrabol now at 25mg/day (12.5mg AM 12.5mg PM).

After your PCT, take a 4 week break and then run your next SARMS cycle.

Continue the nutrabol throughout your time off and into your SARMS cycle. Ideally you would have enough to run it during your 4 weeks off, entire SARMS cycle and 4 week mini PCT after the cycle (20 weeks total).

While you can jump into the next cycle right after the mini-PCT, it is best to wait for like another four weeks, in order to recovery a bit, and get all of your receptors upregulated, making the next cycle more effective. Regarding the MK-677, I would add it to the next SARMS cycle - it would be an awesome addition.
