Hello evo family this is going to be my first nandrolone and test cycle.
I run an old school 4 on one off split. Heavy pullover/barbell/grip focus. This is all for personal fun. Had 5 year natty now i want to get big and juicy. The winter bulk goal was 220. But on September 17th I added what I thought was winny. Weight jumped from 206 to 216 over night one week later I currently weigh almost 220. Its definitely not winny. The last week ive been blasting through prs. Vascularity is way more pronounced. Ive packed on so much size. Cardio 4 times. vacuums/sauna every day. I surf and tan when I can. Gonna switch to barbell pullovers i can rep out the 120lb i need more stimulus

Calories:3500 to 3700. Im starving still
300 p not counting anything else.

overall zero sides some acne from the npp switch. ill post blood when I go this week.

Started July 26th
600mg test 300 npp and 40mg anavar. Weighed 205 was still in maintenance.
Body Fat: ~13%
Arms: 17 in
Waist: 37 in
Shoulders: 51.5 in
Taper ratio 1.38:1
September 8 switched to deca same dose.
Weight: ~219.6
Arms: 17 in
Waist: 34.5 in
Shoulders: 54 in
Ratio: 1.56: 1

jumping 10 lbs in a week and smashing prs tells you straight away that wasn’t winny, more likely something wet like dbol or tbol if the size and strength came that fast. vascularity and fullness showing too so you’re clearly responding well. good that you’re still doing cardio and sauna, that’ll help keep you from feeling too bogged down while pushing food and size.
barbell pullovers with the 120 will light your lats and chest up, definitely a good move for more stimulus.

try to count your macros is that possible? it would really help, do you have myfitnesspal or cronometer app?

that’s a big change in just over a month, waist down while weight and shoulder width came up, that taper ratio jump from 1.38 to 1.56 really shows the shape improving. arms holding at 17 while shoulders spread out makes the upper body pop more too. switching from npp to deca at the same dose should keep the size moving while smoothing out recovery, and sitting near 220 with a tighter waist is exactly what you want out of a run like this. keep food clean and you’ll hold on to that new look.
