PSL Help

I have made 6 orders from PSL and I have to say, the quality is top notch! The first order arrived as it should. My second was seized but PSL resent without hesitation. Package 3 and 4 arrived without any problems. With the last 2 orders, I’ve had difficulty with getting my package due to non legible writing. My numerics are 104 for my address and the writing can be interpreted as possibly 109, 107, or 104; which caused both packages to be held at the post office and my second was shipped all the way from Memphis Tennessee to California for no reason when I live about 40 minutes from Memphis. I contacted support the first time it happened and was told the problem would be addressed for future shipments, but my next shipment has the same problem. Also, in my last shipment, I had 2 broke vials due to poor packaging (3 vials were wrapped together and then to a box with no protection other than the thin bubble wrap) The poor packaging plus it being sent all over the place due to non legible writing and I received 2 broke vials. I’ve sent customer service an email with pictures of the broke vials and another picture of the wiring on the package. I’m currently waiting for a reply. Has anyone else had similar issues? Any broken vials? I tried finding info on the website about damaged products, but was unsuccessful. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

The broken vials is very rare , that sounds like it was smashed by USPS...by something BIG... You won't find info because it's beyond rare..

Yeah thats just the downside to parcels i guess, they dont report on any damage on it.

Oh I agree it was damaged by USPS. But, due to non legible hand writing, my package was shipped from one side of the US to the other for no reason, which made it more susceptible for damage. Its definitely USPS that broke it. But the extra 2 weeks it was being moved all over certainly didn’t help.
