⚠️ WARNING: Ace Pharma VIP ([email protected]) — SCAMMER — PROOF IN IMAGES

I want to warn this community about a vendor called Ace Pharma VIP who scammed me out of $325 CAD. I have screenshots of the full email exchange and Canada Post tracking update as proof — all posted below.

What happened:I placed an order and was given tracking number MW 623 833 729 CA (see Image 1). The package never arrived. After calling Canada Post multiple times over several days with no resolution, I went to the North Vancouver Canada Post depot in person. A manager there confirmed the shipping label was completely blank — no name, no address, nothing — only a postal code in the barcode. I could physically see my package but they could not release it to me. It was returned to sender on March 13 (see Image 4 — Canada Post tracking update).

Their response when confronted:Rather than apologizing or offering a solution, they accused me of lying and insisted they "copy and paste the address provided" (Image 2). When I pushed back with the Canada Post tracking evidence, they admitted they use a fake return address and said they would never receive the package back anyway (Image 5). No refund. No reship. Nothing.

The most damning part:In Image 5 you can see them literally admitting: "We use a fake return address, so we won't get any package back." This means even if Canada Post returns the package, they designed the whole system so there is no accountability. Your money is gone the moment you pay.

Summary of red flags:
  • Deliberately uses a fake return address
  • Blamed me (the customer) after Canada Post confirmed in person it was a shipper error
  • Refused any refund or reship
  • Became accusatory when presented with tracking proof

Canada Post tracking MW 623 833 729 CA confirms: "Item being returned to sender. Incomplete address. North Vancouver, BC — March 13, 11:56 AM" (Image 4)

Stay safe and do not order from these people. Happy to answer any questions in the thread.

Thank you for posting this @yasmimmcc
Ace Pharma has been sketchy in the past. It's interesting he's willing to make you whole with the Test but not the gear you ordered that might have caused them to scam in the first place. Any half ass UGL ought to have Test and he offers to send you some of that as a replacement but not Primo or Mast? It does seem fishy because either you have what the person ordered and are willing to make them whole but don't cherry pick what you're willing to replace for the guy.

These are just more examples of how certain sources will never be approved on EVO.

Deliberately uses a fake return address
This is not a red flag this is a standard UGL practice.

@moreReps21 has ordered from Ace before but I think it was before Mastageddon and Primo-gate; he might be able to chime in here.

Also, @yasmimmcc please don't publicly post tracking numbers for any yahoo who wants to then track it and find out info from it. This could lead to both doxing and prying eyes whose business it is none of.
@LevButlerov can we do something about that tracking # ?

That's great that you're on top of this. You are our Canadian expert on sources.

C
Yeah I've ordered from ACE a few times, But it's a different REP that I use. Same process it seems. Got the CP tracking and was told to be sure the address I provide is the correct one, otherwise it's gonna be lost as they don't provide a true return address for their protection.

Friendly rep and always received my items(sometimes with extra goodies added). Sucks that happened to you. He should be owning up and shipping you out another order.

I’ve order from ace pharmaceuticals but was through the website and didn’t have that email address
You were scammed right?

ace pharma is a scam period! no matter what email he uses.
I've never had any issues with him personally. Countless orders and all the gear checked was good to go for me.

So just giving my experience and email I have used and countless other friends and other forum members.

@Steve8837 You will get no recourse or accountability from Ace regardless where you get it, be it from an email or off TG, Discord or Canadianbrawn or other forums. When (not if) Ace screws up (like they do) they will never have to report it or have tell you or be held accountable by an overseer and then you'll be stuck pinning poison or random 100% Costco seed oil.

We want members to stay safe so stick with EVO approved sources for your own peace of mind.

I don't know this source, but I will say the following:

1. All sources use a fictional return address (obviously) so this is completely normal.

2. What Canada Post is telling about the shipping label being completely blank is complete bullshit. According to the tracking number you posted the package was dropped off and traveled from once province to another. It must have had a destination address for it to have moved. How could it have possibly done that if the shipping label was blank? It would not be possible. It would not have left the point of origin (the initial post office).

I can't tell you what happened. I am not defending the source either. But what I can say without a doubt is that Canada Post's explanation of what happened is certainly not accurate.

I think @HarleyGuy said it best, there is no recourse of accountability from Ace labs, they are not approved, only time until you get scammed or get an infection! @Enhancedguy
