Anyone have experience with these guys? Made an order a week ago and I still haven't received any updates from them. Smh. Im not liking the way they do business. I'm beginning to wonder if I should have just stuck with my other source.

When did you send the money? Within 2 to 3 days you should have heard something, if not, log on to the site, click on the Contact section. Click on the Subject Heading section and click on Order Inquiries, go to Order ID and select your Order #, and then to the Message section and send your message. He will get back to you within a day (time difference). I've never had a problem. (5 orders)

It's been saying "payment picked up" for 4 or 5 days. I messaged them already but the answer was generic. Guess I'm just used to more timely updates from my other source. That or that new source anxiety factor lol
 
Yea I was stressed as well when I ordered from them I even went on my other board that they are a sponsor on and called them scammers and all only to get my order a few days later. Relax you will get your order they are doing alot of business right now.
 
Same here bro. First time using them. I sent the money on 11/18 and got a response saying they will update me when payment was picked up.. nothing since.. it's only been 3 days so I'll still be patient.
 
I had to go international because at the time domestic wasn't fully stocked. I see that they are now though smh.
 
I also went international. Everything up to the confirmed shipping email was quick and efficient. It's only been 3 days so I am not too worried yet.

edit - just went to my order history on the site, and my order was updated to " payment picked up ".

If it says Payment picked Up, by tomorrow night, sat. the latest, you should get an email with the tracking #. Then it's up to USPS.

after it clears customs you mean. Until then it goes through postal system in another country.
 
No, he'll get the tracking # when they ship from their end in Europe, I always have.
 
Like I said,NOOOOO, you will get the tracking info sent from PSL in an email, and you can go to USPS track and confirm, and it will say package sent from Original post, then 1 more from Germany, and then it will hit NYC. OK, understand now!!

I've done this 5 times with them, and this is how it always happens!! How long has it been since you got a package from them!

Yea same with me tracking number saying package has been cleared from originating post ( in the country it was shipped from) then it gets to ISC New York , it is quick once you get that tracking number!
 
Got an update on my pack and a tracking #. This makes me breathe a little easier. I'll just keep my fingers crossed for a smooth pass through customs now

I understand you. It was just poor semantics on your part. It's not really "up to USPS" until USPS gets it in their hands.

I've been doing this for almost 15 years online and almost 10 years before that. LOL @ "5 times" Fucking kids. SMH
 
Now you can check up on the package. USPS track and confirm, will give location, even if it's still overseas. That's usually the quick part, when it hits ISC in NYC, sometimes it just seems to hang out, but that's OK. Once it leaves there, you should have it in a couple days, depending on what part of the country you're in.

Jada, Who ever told you that is lying. I did business with Z, a couple of years ago.
At the same time I was doing business with PSL, and they were 2 different guys running the place.
Also, I know because I received emails from both, and the responses were completely different (different syntax, different way of speaking altogether)
After you have a couple of emails from someone, you know the way they compose their writing and spelling.
Also, one would get back to me immediately (PSL)
The other would keep me hanging for a couple of days (Uncle Z), even before the business went to shit.
PM me and tell me who is trying to feed this shit to you!

Nope not yet. Haven't gotten an email since 11/18. It does look like my order has been processed and shipped just haven't gotten anything to confirm that other then the purity source website.

To xdarren18, it will probably be late afternoon, early evening (Eastern Standard Time), when you get a response. If you don't get a response by 7 PM EST, send another email.
 
Already got the email. They said they sent me an email a few days ago with tracking but I never got it. They gave me my shipping # and my package has made it through customs and is on my way to me. Very happy!
 
xdarren18 You must remember to check your "Junk Folder", many times the emails go there (even if on safe sender list).

Mortal Combat I 'am pretty sure they will resend with the "Reg. Shipping" to Canada, send an email and ask them to be positive.

NEVER order from PSL or Pinnacle! They are both run by Uncle Z and his scammer budy Zeek who robbed/scammed A LOT of people. There are entire threads devoted to how bad they are!

I'm new here so I don't expect anyone to just take my word for it. Here's a statement from a PM conversation on 'Ology between me and one of their most recent former reps.

"I left PSL because of recent quality control issues, among other problems. When a UGL starts knowingly selling bunk products, I have a MAJOR problem with it."*
 
1st post and bashing a source already ... Hmmmmmmmm , sorry bro we can't take your word on this ... I have not heard one issue about PSL or the quality of there gear.. Customers are happy , and test results come back positive .....

I just placed a order with psl but I registered with a mistake in the email 😓what I ding dong I am. I sent them a message asking them to send the ordering info to the correct one. Hopefully they get it in time

If you don't get an answer by the end of the day (7 PM EST), send another email, and tell him again. It shouldn't be a problem, he's usually on top of the incoming emails.

Carrying the same "golden" brand doesn't mean that friend , as to packing-most "EU" based sources worked out very similar Packing/Shipping methods over the years.. Psl was good for me have bloodwork to prove it. Doesn't mean they will always remain good. If they are smart n in it for the long run they will continue as they are now. Jp has made multiple orders with them and all was well. I'm getting midcycle bloods next week but they won't be as conclusive as my first bloods cause I'm running cvl test p with psl EP test e. but it should still be in the 5000's total test. So I will post them.
 
My pack from PSL arrived today. The packing was A1 (came wrapped like a Christmas Present) and took about 13 days including the holiday. Not bad in my book. The only thing is that the oil has a slight yellow tint to it. The test I have from my other source is crystal clear. Should I be worried?
 
It was from "Santa", why you think it was wrapped like that for. I wouldn't worry about the color, I've seen Testosterone " Piss yellow" it's called "oil". I'd run it,get some "labs" done 4-5 weeks , Pm me if you want to know what labs to get, plus you'll know how your AI's are doing. PSL is good to go and should have a hast T/A just picked up 200 var and took 8-10 days came from germany.Any problems pm me I can help I know them big time
 
Yeah their T/A is pretty quick for the international side. 10 days after the money was picked up I got my package. Considering it was Thanksgiving time, I'd say that was pretty decent.
 
Is there a difference in quality from USA to International? I wouldn't think so but it always sounds like everybody orders from international

I was wondering the same thing. Only thing I could think of is better pricing and bulk order specials. As long as you beat customs you can save a few bucks I guess.

I'd be interested to hear what is going on also, considering I have 3 vials of test and 5 vials of EQ on the way.

edit - been doing my research online.. it's the same guy making the same post on every board. Says PSL is uncle Z, and that the gear is under dosed even though he hasn't used it.

Yeah, there is that guy Maintenance Man, who made threads on RxMuscle. He's not totally off either. The EP gear? Well, for the most part I've heard it's good, and at least a handful of bros have had bloods ran on EP test, proving at least that there is test in it.

I've heard some bad reports too, but more good than bad. Some of the bad reports were not posted publicly.

Yea I've been hearing the same stuff. No bloods though to prove what they are saying. My first bloods were really good on psl's EP test p n test e, now I have mid cycle bloods I'm doing today. I'm only still on there test e and running cvl's test p, a few other compounds that wouldn't effect the test levels too. We shall see. Ill get a copy from my doc and post them. Total should be 5000+ng/dl the free might be messed up depending on e2levels.

PSL has lost several reps recently. Some of what he said is true.
 
Psl and pinnacle = GARBAGE :p
I would advise any newbie to stay away from both those labs. Underdosed and all they care about is pimpin there stuff on other boards by payin the owners to clean bad reviews.

Total test just came back at 10,300 ng per dl! I will post the picture when the put it online at mychart for the hospital! They called very concerned as I was I thought it would be in the 5000's again!
 
Honestly I'm a little scared I never had my test that high. She gave me an emergency dctr appointment tommorow . Which she would give me some unbiased advice, to her testosterone is the devil or something. Definitely not a supporter of our lifestyle!

What dosage you running ? If you don't mind. And was it international or Dom?

I ordered Dom test p. just wanting for it.
 
I'm running 500mg test e from psl EP line inter. And test p from cvl pharma at 350mg per week. Plus TNE 100mg 4x a week. Plus npp but that doesn't effect test levels.

I'm in week 9 and I started the cvl test p when I ran out of test p from psl then just decided to keep running both since I had enough. Plus I'm running npp at 550mg a week and wanted to stay running more test than npp.
 
you are running 1250mg of test a week. WTF do you expect your levels to be? I'd hope they'd be that high.

Having said all that, it doesn't say nearly as much for the PSL stuff. How the fuck are you supposed to know anything about one brand when you are running 4 different brands of test?

blood work = void.
 
with good gear at that dossage it 's normal to have test at that level.Plus there is a bit of missunderstanding here.Any AAS will raise your test level.it does not matter if is EQ,Tren, D-Bol or whatever.Of course is not at the same rate as test e,c or p will do . but again any AAS will raise your test level.

I have run over 12 cycles and never had test levels above 6000ng per dl. The last shot of TNE was taken 48 hrs prior to this blood test so shouldn't of effected it seeing its out of system in 24 hrs. Npp will increase nandralone not test levels. Why do you think you need to take test with nandralone because it shuts natural production without replacing it with any test. If psl was crap I'm sure my test levels would not be 10,300 ng/dl on 350 mg of test prop from cvl. The first test was only 5200 ng/dl and that was at 2 weeks in.
