a shout out to vision from psl he really helped me get my order straightpuritysourcelabs didnt disappoint me again, 2nd order in 2mo this time orals fast delivery and my winstrol is making my veins pop right nowI like fasting and decided to use winstrol and primobolan to keep muscle mass as I fast, the primo and winny from psl has worked well for me good muscle strength even after 3 day fast
Communication & Ordering process: good communication but only after i figured out support ticket system it was hard before
Delivery & Packaging: pretty good 6 days to my door after i paid
Products Ordered: primobolan last order, winstrol anavar this order
Product results and effectivenes: so far primoblan and winstrol are working great very hard 400mgs primo 50mgs winstrol
 
Any tips for how to use the support ticket system?

The support ticket system is very very user friendly, when you log on to the ordering site if you click on contact us it will give you a summary of what email providers are recommended, from there you can create your account with a user friendly email provider. Once you log back onto the online store at any time you can click ticket support, from there you can fill in the blanks with whatever concerns you have and the team will get back to your inquiry in the order that they have received it..
If you would like to speak to me directly please mention this in the ticket and all information will be forwarded to me.

I’m having an issue right now with shipping. The package was scanned on the 16th at a distribution facility on the 16th, but there have been no new scans. Originally the tracking number said I would receive it on the 17th, but now it says “in transit arriving late”. At what point do you recommend opening a lost package inquiry with USPS? I’m a bit weary of doing this at all given the contents.

The USPS has stated “in transit arriving late”. The potenial of it running slightly late is not out of the ordinary during these times. Just remain patient. :)

I've been a PSL user for about 15 years now and every time I order I can see why we need to make sure to put all the details in the ticket. They get 1000s of orders and easy to miss orders and tickets with that high load.

Once I knew the system and how to use it, it was very easy and I'm getting something with the 30% off sale soon btw. Last cycle was trenbolone, winstrol EP gold.

Did I miss something? How do you know which order was mine and who I am? I don't remember giving any personal information so how do you know which order is mine or not?

I explained that it was my fault. I didn't include my name on the first ticket. I did on my reply and didn't hear back for 48 hrs. So I created a new ticket on Friday and heard back on Monday. I'm not trying to bash, just giving my honest feedback.

I ordered 4 vials of test C from Geneza today and it took me 40 seconds to complete everything. If I could give a suggestion, it would be to copy their model to make things easier on the customer and less time consuming waiting on communication.

You can take the feedback or not. It's not my company and I can find different solutions that are easier. I appreciate ypu all, that'd why I have returned a few times. I just won't be and wanted to be honest why to help smooth out a process that irritated me. I could've just not returned and not said a word. If that's better, than I apologize. I want every company here to be successful. You guys help many of us.

You clearly admitted to making a perfectly normal human error, yet at the same time giving advice to perfectly normal human beings tell us how to do our jobs? The irony.
If you created a ticket on the last official business day of the week, there can be some delays with ticket response going into the weekend due to the timing and scheduling of our global network that's all geographically located in many different time zones.
Please show common courtesy and do NOT promote or advertise other product lines in our companies feedback thread.

Before You open new ticket please check first if any ticket have status"Waiting for customer answer"
if yes, please REPLY there in first place.

Your lack of attention to detail does NOT become our emergency and we answer the tickets in the order that we receive them. We send all payment info with the first ticket and expect full detailed response, why would you give it to us on the third and expect us to provide a faster service?
We can NOT succeed under these conditions. You claim that you have done this before, therefore you should know by now what is expected and what info is needed right away to speed up and process your order in a timely manner.

The process was broke down and delayed on the lack of context that you did not provide from the initial start.

My brutha,
You are 100% on point, and the customer clearly had a personal error, which we are all entitled to have.
We can explain it to them, but we can't understand it for them.
They are 100% allowed to have their own perceptive and opinion that comes with their experience.
They can try and deflect their mistake and blame the process on us all day, yet at the end of the day they received the items that they paid for.
That is a document of a successful sale with a customer receiving the products that they paid for.
The only thing they lost was "time", and that could have been avoided, other than that, we upheld our services. :)

The sale was completed. They sent finances and we sent product.
If time is the only thing that we're quality of here, We'll take it, of all the things that go wrong in this business and world today.

I had no problems with psl, yes took a few days to ship but after it was good. They are sticklers on following their directions so I read a few times and it was fine. I did find them snappy a bit but we all on steroids no problem lol I did trenbolone before an tried to punch a donkey straight up.

the gear is quality so always go to quality gear even if you didnt like support a bit, its not amazon is the way I see it.

Sometimes delays is happen , but we always inform about them -

BRO you said "always" - if you are not happy with our service , why you are order again ? i cant understand it :( - or maybe it is fake review ?

We realy take care of our customers - 24h/7d support - respond for emails two times per day i think it is preatty high level service

Your complaint is invalid, as YOU excepted the terms each and every single-time, you chose to use the services even tho your complaint is clearly explained in the shipping terms.

- obvious postal services errors nor incorrect address provided by customer.

3. Signature required only for international orders

4. Approximate delivery times (from the date when package left sender country):

-express international shipping (international - resend applies only to priority-registered mail) 8-11 workdays
- express usa domestic shipping 2-3 workdays

Would you like me to post the convo between you and customer service where YOU were disrespecting us and degrading the reps, berating them after they clearly and kindly explained things to you, even referring to you as "friend", while you were using unacceptable and disrespectful antics?
They even explained and outlined how we were still within the company shipping policy time frame window..

Which way would you like to go about this?

You completely mislead all viewers with this overexaggerated and misrepresented review that lacks true context and real authentic facts....

just wanted to let you know that puritysourcelabs PSL has good testosterone. I ordered 2 vials and am using 400mgs a week. Blood work done a few days ago showed that it is dosed perfectly. simple cycle that paid off.

i decided to get some more bulk to my frame. I’m currently around 10% body fat but too skinny. Got on this cycle and i’m bulking up a lot. Very impressed with how i feel on this harsher stack. Pretty indicative of the quality of the gear. great bulking cycle A+.
