Haha quit being so humble. I'm following your steps.. I got a ways to go to get there. Need more GH :)....hoping to get on some rips soon. Taking a break now.

Thank you bro i used to compet back in the days my last show was in 96 middle weith class, but not any more a just doing for fun because this is my hobby and my live bodybuilding, every day i learn something new from you brothers there a lot of knowledge in this forum that why im here
 
paja you look great man, you are an inspiration to many by your knowledge and obviously you get bodybuilding because you have done a great job with yourself.
