2nd cycle tips

What going down, this is my first post on here so hello to all.

Im about to start my second cycle, here is some history.

27 years old, 184 lbs, 5'9", train 5-6 days a week w/splits for 2 + yrs.

My goal is to break 200 ultimately

W1-8: 300mg Deca (1aw)
W1-8: 500mg Test E (250mg 2aw)
W4-8: 20mg Dbol ed
Am: .5 ed

PCT: Clomid/Novla/AI 4weeks

Starting PCt 2weeks after cycle

Let me kno what you think
 
I think it looks pretty good for a bulking cycle if that is your goal. What AI are you using adex? I would do aromas in personally I got some shitty sides from adex none that I can't live with but if you have a nice head of hair get ready to thin it out on the adex. I'm planning on running a similar cycle 450 mg deca/wk 500 test /wk 20mg dbol ed. But I will follow evos pct protocol. Long story short you look like you are on a decent path bro
 
Good looking out. I am going to take aromasin. Do you think the Dbol should start at week 1 or is week 4 better? This is my first time with dbol.

Ima check out his PCT as well
 
Kick start with the dbol I'm going to run it first then after week 1 throw the rest in. I do things my way though. I'm sure some cats here will tell you otherwise but sometimes I just like to do it my way. Are you going to run any liver supp?
 
And aromas in should be ran at 12.5 min. But you can dose it how you want and then adjust it to fit if aromatising begins to effect you.
 
Yes, I run uniLiver plus herbal supps. I also get panels eow from my VA doctor to ensure its working. Cant live without the liver, hence the name :) lol
 
What panels do you get? Just curious because I also get mine from va but they start to trip when you get them too often.
 
Vitamin count and liver toxicity. I tell them I take a copious amount of supplements and want to "be safe". I dont recommend test or esro panels, it raises red flags and if they find aas in your system it might affect your disability.
 
I get estro and test checked at my local free clinic :)They dont ask normally and the lab charges a cash price.
 
get caber for your prolactin sides. You could get progesterone type gyno from deca without caber or prami (both DA's)
 
It's good to have caber or prami on hand but there are very few that are prone to progesterone I know I'm not really susceptible to it after running deca and tren but good to have just in case. And thanks for the info on the va bro I get blood panels and hormone panels done at clinics as well.
 
Thats whats up. I dont recommend what you ever tell the VA what your doing. Im a 7 deployment, special forces ranger, the VA will dispose of you if they can, trust me. im glad you do it the clinic way social, to protect what they give you already. NEVER risk your wellbeing over what the givornment, causw they will scew for ther own benifit every time
 
Hey bro just wondering is your dbol capped or pressed mine are capped and I'm not starting my cycle just yet but was curious why it was so full. Anyways I opened one up and tasted it and it tastes like sugar just wondering if you have any knowledge on that? Thank in advance bro

Mine are pressed and I started today. They are small but they are 10mg. Sweet normally is not the flavor tho. Just took a bite off one and it was bitter. Idk tho cause this is my first dbol run

How many mg's is yours?

My stats as of now are

27yrs
189lbs I fluctuate 5lbs so 184 most of the time
5'8"

750mg test e first week then 500mg per wk after

450mg deca ew

50?mg dbol ed

Wanna have a friendly challenge on our cycles?
Our stats are about the same and we are taking the same
Gear at about the same amount. Should be fun are you in? Hahaha

You mean Prolactin, well, I hope you mean Prolactin. Progesterone and prolactin are constantly confused with one another on these boards. Anyway, the best way to control prolactin is to control estrogen. Therefore, the OP should insert Aromasin to control E2, which is what men want...

Sounds like my kind of breakfast. When did you start your cycle and how? I'm gonna run mine today dbol for a week then test and deca next week.
 
Started the test e today and deca yesterday
deca 300 & 30mg of dbol througout the day
test e 300 today
Plus 30mg of dbol ill space out

Im gonna run the dbol for weeks 1-4 instead so I can turn the gym intensity up early

bro, this layout is not good... you NEVER want to run dbol on the back end of a cycle... the last thing you want going into pct is too have something with that type of estrogen conversion, regardless of ai usage... your running test and deca too short as well... are you just wanting a straight bulk here or more keepable gains... you will get big gains here but they are going to be wet and sloppy and your going to have a hard time with keepability as well... there are far better options...
 
What did you run before this cycle?

I ran test e 500/wk
Deca 600/wk
And tren e 600/wk at the end

Blew me up 25lbs I was 160-165 before my first cycle

I was hella small before my first cycle too, gained about 20 lbs which is a shit load for my hight.
 
Yeah same here I'm a inch shorter than you but I was def a twig before I ran the gear. Dylan is an awesome dude to get advise about your cycle from he knows his stuff inside and out. I personally just go by the pct protocol here and use osta but other than that I just roll with it my labs come back fine and I look and feel better than ever. That's why I said I do things my way but def if you want to keep those gains you should throw in a few other things.

i would love to help... tell me this... be very specific on what your wanting to accomplish from this cycle... more like a recomp? say 10 clean lbs. and a drop in body fat? or just a straight bulk? etc... let me know and i will restructure for you...

Im seriosly trying to bulk. I just also want to keep the majority. Im not looking for sloppy but good lean mass. My ultimate goal is to break 200 lbs im 178 as of taday (weighed myself at the gym).

are you set on running deca? like your going to run it regardless? its not the best option bro...
 
The only reason I got it was it worked great my first cycle. The only problem now is I pinned on saturday so I dont know if I should stop since ive already started.

What do you think?

personally, i think there are far better options but if you want to run it, i can still structure with it for a good cycle... just let me know...

What's the plan on the restructure? I can alter mine a little bit just can't change dosage on my dbol because of the capsules. But I'm down to alter mine just a bit.

Im keeping my dbol at 40 and test e where its at but no deca.
Im gonna add oxandrovar for the last six weeks tho. I want keepable gains so ima give it a shot. With all the knowledge here it seems like im setting myself up for failure not taking heed.

Are you gonna run a 12wk cycle or 8wk? I had oxandrovar but gave it to a good friend but I could get some more and throw it in at the end if need be but my gains have been pretty solid and I haven't lost a pound since my last cycle so we will see. If Dylan had you drop the deca can I ask why?

i would highly recommend dropping dbol to 30 mg day bro... 40 is too much and your just asking for estrogen issues amongst other methylated side effects... 30 is plenty on it...
 
Hey bro just seeing how the first week is going? Does the dbol make you hungry as all hell? I'm eating a lot more than usual and on a 4800cal diet (not clean btw) lol. Anyways brotha I put on a few lbs this first week my job contributes to my workouts because when I hit the gym I'm warmed up already haha. I weighed myself before we started this and I was 186, I'm at 189 on empty. Full I'm 190 and some change. Any progress for you bro?
 
I will say I can feel some gains in strength now. I upped my squat by 70lbs and my leg press by 85 :) I dig the dbol for sure, have you seen any strength gains fam?
 
That's what I'm saying bro another hundred lbs on my squat and I will be happy. I been getting top heavy lately so gotta get the bottom proportionate. Long esters will deff get me there or beyond
 
455 :) my legs are the hardest thing for me to train due to an acl tear in the left and meniscus issues in the right (iraq 2003) but the dbol is treating me right and I can put up proper. Im glad I went with this family, its gonna pay off I can feel it.
 
I will say my endurance has gone up to. Might be placebo but I can pump out more reps at higher weight and the recovery is faster as well. Its like watching my muscle grow before my eyes :cool:
 
Yeah it could be placebo but I feel the same. Pushing more weight and higher reps could have been in me but def coming out now. These gains are what I been looking for bro. Plus the feeling the dbol gives me makes shit feel like feathers in the weight room. Recovery is def speeded up cause I been going even harder in the gym and feel ready for more even after work
 
Just giving my week update. Switched from delts to glutes and staying with them. Dbol is keeping the gym sessions in epic mode.
Had slight issue with Test e injection on right deltoid but its going away now. (No redness or fever just oil lingered at bottom of the delt for a few days)
Lifting more every day as well as lifting longer.
Its crazy upped my squats and leg press by 75lbs or more.
Eating 5000+ calories and so far have gained 6lbs.

Cant wait for the Test and Deca to kick in.

Cruising for those gains :cool:

Quads are where it's at test prop definitely doing it's job.
Dbol makes work outs feel like floating on top of pool water.
Once the long esters kick in I'm sure I will get dramatic gains
Just as before. I'm up about 5 lbs solid. A lot of water retention as expected
I can live with that through the winter.
Haven't got bloods ran yet will do so when I get the chance
 
Gains are coming im at 193 right now. My food has been off for sure tho cause im still at the hospital and have been for 5 days now. Yesterday I ate around 4300 but the 3 days before were 2800-3000. Hospital food is no bueno lol. Im hoping when I get home and weigh myself my gains have gone up. I need to hit the gym its been 3 days. Ima go tonight tho, man sleep is soooo gone now lol

Gains are coming along great. Gladiator got me back on the updates. Im 202 and steady gaining. Im breaking PRs daily and loving it man. Just got my bloods done will have the results back next week and will postem up. Ive changed my diet tk be cleaner and a bit leaner as well (from 5000 cals to 4300).

So started at 179, now im 202 at week 6 1/2

5'9" bf 12%

These pics are from a week and a half ago but will post more recent with them wheels sometime this weekend.
