Oh, I have no doubt. I kind of feel stupid, this was actually a mistake on my part. Apparently I had created an account before on my phone, but since I’ve never ordered from it, I forgot it existed. Then when I made a new account and made an order on my PC that’s where all the of correspondence was going. So I was getting the emails correctly on my phone but yet when I was logging into the website from my phone, it was actually auto logging me into the original account that I had forgotten existed. So that is why I could not find any record of anything. So I was messaging them about the wrong account. I finally figured that out last night and sent them everything they had requested from the proper account so I’m hoping this gets worked out sometime today. I wonder if there’s a way to close that old account so this doesn’t happen again. I have already changed the login info on my phone so hopefully it’ll never be another issue with it. But thanks for everyone’s replies they were all appreciated.if you were billed then they will fix it. you have the proof
thanks Noah, but I was trying to give them time to respond back to me. I’ve messaged a couple times today to ask how to handle this. But even more confused. It shows my order cancelled yesterday due to payment error but on same page it shows payment was received on the 23rd, the day I placed the order. So I’m not really sure what’s going on.Unfortunately holidays can mess things up at times, im sure if it they will get back to u and sort it out, all sources here that are approved you can speak openly about who you ordered from, you arent doing anything wrong if u do, we all speak openly about the sources.
I don’t want to be seen as bashing a sponsor because of some confusion on my part. One of the Reps for them here on the board has been responsive and attempting to help. It’s just frustrating more than anything
