How long is to long ?

if you were billed then they will fix it. you have the proof
Oh, I have no doubt. I kind of feel stupid, this was actually a mistake on my part. Apparently I had created an account before on my phone, but since I’ve never ordered from it, I forgot it existed. Then when I made a new account and made an order on my PC that’s where all the of correspondence was going. So I was getting the emails correctly on my phone but yet when I was logging into the website from my phone, it was actually auto logging me into the original account that I had forgotten existed. So that is why I could not find any record of anything. So I was messaging them about the wrong account. I finally figured that out last night and sent them everything they had requested from the proper account so I’m hoping this gets worked out sometime today. I wonder if there’s a way to close that old account so this doesn’t happen again. I have already changed the login info on my phone so hopefully it’ll never be another issue with it. But thanks for everyone’s replies they were all appreciated.
Unfortunately holidays can mess things up at times, im sure if it they will get back to u and sort it out, all sources here that are approved you can speak openly about who you ordered from, you arent doing anything wrong if u do, we all speak openly about the sources.
thanks Noah, but I was trying to give them time to respond back to me. I’ve messaged a couple times today to ask how to handle this. But even more confused. It shows my order cancelled yesterday due to payment error but on same page it shows payment was received on the 23rd, the day I placed the order. So I’m not really sure what’s going on.
I don’t want to be seen as bashing a sponsor because of some confusion on my part. One of the Reps for them here on the board has been responsive and attempting to help. It’s just frustrating more than anything

well, I’m still relatively new to this board. I just didn’t wanna be seen as trying to start trouble. But when I first joined on another board, their reps were very welcoming here and on another board. And since they came highly recommended I decided to go with them. anyways my order is with PSL.
I’m willing to provide any more information they need, but I gave them everything that they asked for and I’m willing to wait a little longer cause I was not planning on starting till the end of June. I would just like to hear something back. Anyways, thanks again for your help.

Oh yeah psl is as solid as they come, sometimes the source will even pop into threads like this just depends, yeah psl is great and a top tier source, they have reps on evo that can definitely aid you in your issue.

I get what you mean, as a staff member i just wanted to give you assurance with my word, as long as you are respectful with the words while also letting us know the issues and why you are frustrated, just do it respectfully is all we ask of people.

Other than that you dont have to worry about offending anyone here, this community is very positive and supportive with how we try and conduct ourselves, you are golden brother, now that it is in the open im sure a rep from psl will glady jump in and help.
