The Role of Peptides in Anti-Aging and Cellular Repair – What Are You Using?

I've been diving deep into the science behind peptides and anti-aging, and I’m curious to hear what this community thinks or has experienced. Compounds like BPC-157, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295 with DAC, and Epitalon are being researched heavily for things like:
  • Joint and soft tissue recovery
  • Collagen production and skin repair
  • Growth hormone stimulation
  • Improved sleep and immune support
  • Cellular repair and longevity support
From what I’ve read, many of these peptides mimic natural processes in the body and support mitochondrial health, inflammation control, and even telomere protection in some cases.

I’m currently researching their applications purely for educational and scientific purposes (not personal use), and would love to hear:
  • Which peptides have worked best for you?
  • Any noticeable differences in recovery, skin, energy, or mental clarity?
  • What dosing protocols or stacks do you prefer?
  • Any peptides you feel are underrated?
Also, I’ve come across some great info on how GHK-Cu reduces oxidative stress and how BPC-157 may accelerate soft tissue healing. Fascinating stuff if you're into longevity science.
