Hey bro's!
Happy to be a member on the forum. Been reading alot of topics and im learning alot.
Now i have never used gear before but i am very interested in doing a cycle.
Here is some general info about me. Been lifting consistently since i was 14 and i am now 20. I am 6' 160 pounds and am 6-7% body fat. Very lean. I dont need anymore definition i just need size. I am only interested in doing one cycle and nothing more to get me a boost. What do you guys recommend? I am a noob here to this stuff, so take it easy on me! Haha
 
bro, all you need are some good natty supplements, a strong diet and consistent training right now... your far too young for a cycle... if your after some size, i would run a strong natty stack... try hcgenerate es, whey isolation, ancient strength and gear... that would be a great natty stack for you to put on some size... you get all of these at n2bm.com bro...
 
Also food. You want to get big you have to eat big, feed the muscles. Read into intermittent fasting. Best way I've seen so far on gaining muscle while shedding fat/keeping fat low
 
6' and 160????? Can you poste a typical day's/week's diet?
 
I just ordered some hcgenerate. The es is to expensive for me and i just want to see if the stuff works for sure. I am eatting like a pig right now. Eating till i cant anymore. What kind of changes will i notice with the hcgenerate?

You will get higher natural testosterone levels which will help you grow. Are you using glutamine/creatine/protein combos?
 
I have used creatine before and liked it but i am not using it right now or any protein supplements. I have read up online that the protein supplements arent all that good for you. Maybe if you guys could direct me to one you like i will check it out. Thanks bro's
 
"Eating like a pig" is pretty vauge....pigs eat shit, slop, are you eating that?

Can you post what's eaten in an avergae day?

I can almost guarentee this is where the problem is.
 
It really varies from day to day. Been eating egg sandwichs, ribs, steak, bacon. That was basically last week. In the mornings its usually a jummy dean breakfast sandwich. Maybe not the best diet but im getting the meats in there

bro, i have to tell you, reading that diet disgusts me... that is not the way you put on good size...

as far as hcgenerate... you will see a lot more energy, higher test levels, higher libido, overall excellent feeling but you need to add more with it... i would add dspark, GEAR and ancient strength creatine...
 
What would you say would be a strong diet? Do i need more carbs than protein? I probably need to cut out the bacon and breakfast sandwiches.

I have to agree with this. Lots of good quality food and some of these kind of supps should be all you need right now. Getting that diet in check will do a lot for you. You should have a lot of room for growth.
