good blood pressure supplements?

I’m looking for something to help with my blood pressure. After my last cycle I was really struggling and I needed something that can help with that. What do you recommend that actually works for me? I’ve read good things on NAC and COQ10. But not sure on how much

Honestly mate, if not already get onto telmisartan.

What is your usual BP and what cycles?
 
Agree with @Dreamer , Telmisartan is the best choice, have you had a health check with your GP post cycle due to the high BP? are you looking to start a new cycle and want some BP help in the toolbox? have you been or were you tracking BP, what were the readings, did you have blood work done as well?

Suggest starting a log brother, the Evo family is a great place for guidance to achieve your goals.

Telmisartin will be the will provide the quickest influence and necessary if bp is moving into hypertension. Nac and COQ10 will indirectly assist with bp as it will assist with cholesterol, reducing oxidative stress and inflammation. High dose omega 3 will also help through a similar pathway.

Lets have a loog though brother. What did you last cycle look like? What did your diet look like? Cardio?

So many things we should be to be doing to prevent getting to the point of high blood pressure.

hard to say these day before bp supp I would start cleaning up the diet, add some otc like n2guard/fish oil and increase cardio
 
Make sure you go with N2 Guard. It's high quality for a reason. It's one of the best supplements out there.
 
N2guard has been part of my arsenal for 15 years. I trust it and it works really well. It's a must use.
 
I love N2guard it's one of my favorite supplements out there. It's a tremendous product and you should definitely be using it on or off cycle.
