Running hgh for the first time and have been loving the results leaner than ever sitting at 120kg I'm a powerlifting competitor so not in it for being lean but it's been a dramatic change skin has been great and sleep and energy is awesome currently running

HGH 1.5 to 2 IU per day was before bed but my dreams were real weird like being on tren I don't know if that's the norm but I've swapped to am

Also running
Test e250 their platinum range at 0.1ml per day 0.7ml p.w 175mg p.w
Eq 0.05ml per day 0.35ml per week 70mg p.w
Superdrol 20mg pre workout 3x per week

I'm currently in an off season and plan on staying at this dosage for a few months as I'm not competing until November 2026 where hopefully masteron returns then I'll go something like

375mg test e
200mg eq
200mg mast e
2iu hgh
20mg Anavar per day
And Superdrol pre workout on heavy sessions

Some lifting stats

330kg squat
227.5kg bench
330kg deadlift

Also wanted to say kiwifella has been awesome communication is always prompt and willing to answer any questions and give advice package always arrives fast and when ever I've asked about trying different compounds instead of just selling it they say it straight forward I.e it would be a waste of time me using something. Appreciate these guys and look forward to 2026 making sick gains and having a nice stockpile once all the goods are back in supply hopefully some halo added to their list

Thanks mate, I appreciate that, hopefully the progress continues especially when I ramp everything back up I've never run hgh before and at the lighter end of anabolics I think I'm looking decent I look forward to seeing the difference mid next year when hopefully things like masteron etc are back in stock and I crank the anabolics up maybe the hgh up to 3/4iu too.

Big delts and traps like myself. You going to run a log. If so I can move this into the appropriate section.
I'm pretty new to evo so i dont know much about running a log 7but once I run my next blast I might as well log the journey here. So if you think it needs to be moved go for it brother, and cheers bro I can just look at a dumbbell and my traps and delts grow haha. Kiwi fella is awesome super easy to communicate with.

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
