Yeah it does, just for the visceral fat specificity. Itโ€™s pretty pricey but if your organs ar extremely fatty itโ€™s got some good promise. I wonder if youโ€™d notice the visceral fat loss aesthetically though.

Weekend vibes today! At the gym I enjoyed listening to an evo podcast which was great and saw a few relatives that couldnโ€™t believe how thin I was which I was pretty stoked with. No comments on the muscles so Iโ€™ll need some tren to fix that up lol. Was really feeling the vibes this morning at the gym. Woke up early by accident as just said fuck it at around 5:30am and Iโ€™m thinking fuck Iโ€™m mental for being here at this time. It probably would be better if I actually had somewhere to be on my Saturday but Iโ€™ll take the extra edge ๐Ÿ‘Œ

For next push day Iโ€™m thinking Iโ€™ll incorporate some dumbbell press to get the stabilisers working more. I think itโ€™ll translate well to my bench strength and stability.

and hereโ€™s a random photo of my calves. A body part Iโ€™ll never train and I think they just got built up from being fat. I wish my shoulders had the same genetics! Haha ๐Ÿ‚

Also got some liver support and preworkout from @CS Supps ordered today, so Iโ€™m looking forward to having that in the mix!

I trouble calculating dinner on the app so I used chat gpt to estimate macros. I gotta small pizza when out with my missus this evening. She wanted Italian and there were no really good options there so I just splurged! Overall calories werenโ€™t too bad.

First set for all of my exercises Iโ€™m really trying to squeeze and activate the target group on the first set in particular before trying to get the reps in. I find fatiguing the target muscle and I can just keep hammering it in the later sets.

Great gym sesh today, a lot of preworkout fuel and nirvana, Pushed me well today. Got me thinking what songs get you through your workout? Iโ€™ll try out a recommendation if anyone comments.


Im thinking my e2 is back in range. Iโ€™ll get bloods done again in 5 weeks so weโ€™ll find out.

Great set of work there brother. Really pushing your boundaries now, that's so cool .
Wow songs. I have 2 playlists, a general gym play list that has 6hrs of music on it, and my go to list of 2.5 hrs which has all songs on it that will get me through single lift deadlifts, bench and Squats. Doesn't matter which one comes on they all work. Kashmir by Led Zeppelin is a fav this year though. ๐Ÿฉต

Big early morning session today, Iโ€™m usually an afternoon guy and was pretty surprised when half of my machines were occupied and it was 5:45am! Early bird gets the worm I guess. No work today so I chilled caught up on some uni work and played some guitar.
Happy to see that I dropped some weight after not being able to find my scales for ages haha ๐Ÿ˜ I wish it was a bit more but I definitely feels the changes within myself and see them externally so Iโ€™ll get a dexa done soon to check out my progress!

Them shits are diabolical, I like to just do my warm up sets as front squats then switch to back. Awesome work tho!
I had a few back issues a while back. All I want is to back squat but thereโ€™s too much pressure on my spine, I had a hairline fracture on my L4 from going too hard too early maybe 5 years ago. So front squats it is!

Yeah just a banana and some preworkout, haha mate I wasnโ€™t even looking and theyโ€™re only cheap scales. But while I was setting up the new house my missus cleaned the bathroom and packed those items away so I had no idea where they were and neither did she haha

Thinking about adding mast in as an aromatise inhibitor to stop taking as much aromasin and Iโ€™m wondering what people thoughts are on that? I am early on my journey so I wouldnโ€™t expect support to do that. Thinking 200 test 100 mast weekly.
My e2 was 314 when tested but Iโ€™ve been on 6.25mg aromasin eod since then .

Also been looking at Turinabol as Iโ€™m a big fan of the extra endurance provided with the compound. Also itโ€™s the Olympic steroid so thereโ€™s a lot of mystic around it lol. Yes I know var is better lol

Thinking about adding mast in as an aromatise inhibitor to stop taking as much aromasin and Iโ€™m wondering what people thoughts are on that? I am early on my journey so I wouldnโ€™t expect support to do that. Thinking 200 test 100 mast weekly.
My e2 was 314 when tested but Iโ€™ve been on 6.25mg aromasin eod since then .

Also been looking at Turinabol as Iโ€™m a big fan of the extra endurance provided with the compound. Also itโ€™s the Olympic steroid so thereโ€™s a lot of mystic around it lol. Yes I know var is better lol

@Allupfromhere is bang on about the Mast. We have a megathread on the effects of EQ on e2 here: EQ megathread
It's not a big deal if you wanna keep in the aromasin at your EOD dose until your next bloods. I would plan on bloods again 3 weeks after your start of aromasin. If you decide to add EQ we'd need to know how long until your cycle is done and start with a 2:1 ratio of Test:EQ but this may work best only if you can run your cycle for another 8 weeks to get the full benefits of EQ.

Yes keep us posted and @tag me in your bloods so we can take a look ASAP in 5 weeks. For now the aromasin is fine. You can even go down to e3d after a burst of eod.

Great workout this morning at 4:30am, surprisingly a few people there. Heaps of jacked people there at this time, it must the secret to gains!

Thinking about adding mast in as an aromatise inhibitor to stop taking as much aromasin and Iโ€™m wondering what people thoughts are on that? I am early on my journey so I wouldnโ€™t expect support to do that. Thinking 200 test 100 mast weekly.
My e2 was 314 when tested but Iโ€™ve been on 6.25mg aromasin eod since then .

Also been looking at Turinabol as Iโ€™m a big fan of the extra endurance provided with the compound. Also itโ€™s the Olympic steroid so thereโ€™s a lot of mystic around it lol. Yes I know var is better lol

Nice work on the bench press mate. 90kg for 12 reps is legit. I'd like to see you reduce the reps and up the weight on the other exercises though. Maybe to around 12 to 15.

Geez 100kg for 15 reps on dead's is impressive. Again, I'd get the weights up a bit on the other exercises. Good selection of exercises there.
 
Nice work on the bench press mate. 90kg for 12 reps is legit. I'd like to see you reduce the reps and up the weight on the other exercises though. Maybe to around 12 to 15.
