Hey fellas,
First time poster, im currently very overweight at 115kg/83kg lean mass and looking to cut down to 90kg over 6 months while retaining as much muscle as i can. Im looking for advice as to what i can be doing better. im seeing progress but as we all do we want it faster. I’ve been working out consistently for around 4 months and im in my early 30s. Im consuming between 1700-2000 calories a day.
Protein 170-200g
Working all muscle groups twice a week, hitting shoulders extra hard as they are lacking
Taking Creatine
L carnitine
Magnesium
Zinc
Vitamin D3
I’m on cjc/ipamorelin taking it at night each day 300mcg
And using mounjaro aswell
Any advice would be appreciated cheers lads
