Hey fellas,

First time poster, im currently very overweight at 115kg/83kg lean mass and looking to cut down to 90kg over 6 months while retaining as much muscle as i can. Im looking for advice as to what i can be doing better. im seeing progress but as we all do we want it faster. I’ve been working out consistently for around 4 months and im in my early 30s. Im consuming between 1700-2000 calories a day.
Protein 170-200g
Working all muscle groups twice a week, hitting shoulders extra hard as they are lacking
Taking Creatine
L carnitine
Magnesium
Zinc
Vitamin D3
I’m on cjc/ipamorelin taking it at night each day 300mcg
And using mounjaro aswell

Any advice would be appreciated cheers lads 💪

welcome to the EVO family :D @jenkemj Start a proper training and diet log now because we do not know your day to day lifts, loads, steps, sleep, or actual food timing and the EVO family needs that before giving real guidance.
Run a clean 2 week log with bodyweight, daily calories, protein carbs fats, training split and key lifts so we can see if 1700-2000 calories with cjc ipamorelin and tirzepatide is right for cutting to 90 kg, it's all guessing without a log, 15min to start a log, will change your life!

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Agree with Lev, would like to see you start a log so we can guide you better, straight away though, with your training and size, your calories are likely too low and will effectively stall your progress eventually - I think get a log up so we can take a proper look
