Best cycle for a 3 to 4 month run

Im 34. Have done prohormones ones and hgh for a 4 month run a few years back. Im 5'8 140 with 8-9% bf. Eat super clean. Cannot gain weight easily as I hate stuffing myself with food. Workout two to three times a week with weights and box twice a week. I want to gain around 10 pounds of muscles. What would be best way to do it.

You need to learn how to eat properly bro... There is obviously something wrong with your diet... I can't tell you how many clients I have that are around your same size and it never fails... EVERY SINGLE TIME I see their diet, it's the culprit... You don't know HOW to eat... I can direct you on a cycle that will put on size but you could EASILY add 15 lbs. just fixing how you eat... Your not 20 years old bro... Your 34... Don't blame it on metabolism... I do this for a living... =)
 
We always said the same thing every day diet. 80% but people don't want to listen they think only with steroid is the solution.

Do yourself a favor and get your diet right. It is obvious that you are eating clean if you are maintaining 8% but you are not eating nearly enough. Besides at 140 you are no where near your potential. Dial on your diet and lift as heavy as you can for 6 months and you will easily put on 15-20lbs.
 
Food is the answer for sure. Steroids only enhance what you are already doing. If you aren't eating enough for growth, then adding steroids won't do anything for you
 
well until you can stuff yourself with food no big time growth will ever occur.

Have you tried eating 6 small meals a day?
 
Thanks for all of the replies. I dont eat any junk food and very low carbs. The carbs I do eat are always complex. I eat alot of chicken and veggies. What type of diet do I need to go with lifting heavy to gain lean muscle mass.
