6’1, 34 yr.

Been training on and off for 10+ years until I had to take a 1 year hiatus due to a work injury. During that time I slowly built a home gym and back in August was able to get back into it.

Currently running a 9 week 4 day strength protocol.

Thank you for the welcome brother. Plan to up the carbs to around 400-450 grams as we progress into this strength phase. No digestive aids as of now, don't have any issues with digestion.

Currently shoot for 4x sessions a week of 20 min. Can't increase time in session but can look to maybe increase the number of sessions. What do you suggest?

I agree, it’s always better to support yourself. Psyllium husk is pure fiber and actively supports intestinal peristalsis :)

It’s also worth remembering that the key is eating a variety of carbs, proteins, and fats. The easiest way to build a healthy gut microbiome is through a varied diet :) Even eating healthy foods, but always the same ones, can cause problems – so balance is really important :)

Your training and dieting details are really honed in you're really tracking well and are one serious beast I can tell from your before and after pics you posted last week, really really great job bro! Needless to say you look 10x better now and I love that look too.

I'm a huge fan of @US-pharmacies he's a real class act that I can learn a lot from and he did right by having you as a logger.
