This arrived in the mail today got stocked back up with my push to drop these last 18lbs, to add in that ive introduced something brand new for me, Slu-PP-332 i know plenty about this compound just now finally have the chance to run it.

Definitely starting out low daily mg, plan so far is x2 500mcg tabs earlier in the day for a total of 1mg a day 7 days a week, going to see how i get along with it.

as always super neat @US-pharmacies offers this in tablet application, my preference is sublingual absorption under the tounge, this makes it a breeze they dissolve super easy no problem at all.

Only time i take a break is when i do my 72hrs fasting weekly same with trizepatide the week of my fast i dont inject it, slu i take M/T/W stop during the 72hr fast then resume trizepatide and slu once fast is completed.

Ive really been liking the two day full upper body split ive been doing for a few weeks now, i dont mind spending more time in the gym for those two days and gaining some time back later in the week.

I feel its really been working for me and above all its super enjoyable working a little bit of everything both days and splitting the workload up over those two days.

With myself being in a calorie deficit and going hard for a few months, last week i decided after my one upper body day i should take some time off and rest the rest of the week. I felt it beneficial for my body to recover and relax.

This week i came out swinging like i offen do lol, i also been adding at the end wrist mobility and flexion work, since the injury i take time once a week to work on upper flexion, wrist rotation downward and upward along with wrist rotation and side to side movements.

I will make note that this workout i had barely any discomfort or pain in my injury area, it is improving as i go on, zero issues with lateral raises today, on incline bench i felt the smallest amount of something, i would not describe it as pain or painful, just noticeably different compared to left wrist, it is improving alot so far.

Still a work in progress few hours later i have minimal discomfort in the injury area, i can feel it and know its presence, it doesn't hurt in a way that is bothersome for myself.

I am considering using them because I am considering getting into primo for the first time(even though I said I would jump on board with this bandwagon). Any of the e-bros here speak for this product? T/A on US dom shipping? I’ve only considered jumping on board with this compound because I could potentially use it as a compound in my bulk coming up soon but I could also drop my need for anastrozole. Current plans are to run test 600 EW/npp 300 EW(split into daily doses)/mast 300(same as npp)/gh 2-4iu per night(may split dose to AM/PM and utilize this for recovery and to stay lean will in a surplus, if I split dose, I’ll run low dose Reta for insulin sensitivity and glucose control). Plan to run this for 16 weeks then do a holding and health phase until the turn of the year where I will transition into a cut that will put me around 16-18 weeks out from a show I’m eye balling. Probably TMI but it’s my first post on this forum so I figured I’d give a little insight to plans. Lot of smart and helpful bros on my other forum, I can guarantee there are also some intelligent dudes here who don’t mind being helpful or constructive.

Currently running test 500 EW split, mast p 50mg ED/ Reta 3mg but I was at 5mg and have been titrating down to hop off for a little bit. Also been using AOD 500mcg every morning with MOTS C 1mg in the morning. Did a quick spill of tren ace and anavar about a month ago but it kind of went south and I had to bail.

So there I was, everything lined up perfectly. Cut was closing into a point where I felt I was in a good place to start some finisher compounds. All the ancillaries, BP meds, LDL meds, and a titration plan ready to go. Started light, 20mg ED, and titrated up to 30mg then next week(where I also started taking Anavar at 30mg preworkout), and then 40mg the next. This is where tren sides really kicked in. Manageable, I pressed on. It was here where I started doing a trick(for when sleep sides starting) that a guy that is potentially still on this forum taught me from a different forum(roidsource) probably about a decade ago. I believe his name is JP. Half a cup of warm water with two tablespoons of raw unfiltered honey before bed to help give the liver some fresh glycogen and not stress through the night. This helped greatly with insomnia. But hunger/sugar cravings REALLY kicked in and even with 5mg worth of Reta per week, I couldn’t curb and I was going hypoglycemic, not being able to make it through workouts or cardio. And I finally gave in to them and felt amazing when I did. I felt how I remember tren feeling both in and out of the gym but this was ruining my cut and I was experiencing massive water retention and glycogen spillover to the point my abs were nonexistent and all the vascularity across my body was almost gone. I believe Anavar was responsible for making me a bottomless pit after doing some research and read similar stories from other people. I’ve done tren a few times and this never happened but this was my first run with Var and I will be using it again, likely on the later side of my upcoming bulk because the stuff was awesome. But the part that really drove in the decision to drop it was my resting heart rate. I’d be 105-110 bpm just laying on the couch and this was constant. Walking around, I’d be 125-130 bpm. This was also driving my anxiety through the roof so after almost six weeks, I had to bail. I dropped the compounds but decided to keep the plan to start mast which was about the same time I dropped tren/var. So here we are just test, mast, and an dose of Reta that is being titrated down to being able to smoothly come off for a little bit. Still plan to go ahead with my bulk blast that will start in 4-5 weeks with test/npp/mast/ and picking back up with gh use where I may pick back up on a low dose Reta for glucose and insulin stability with gh use. Very curious about primo use as everyone says they have great results from it. Primary goal for this bulk is obviously to put on some good tissue but attempt to stay pretty lean in the process. Yeah brother trens a hell of a drug lol. I’ll give it another try again next year, pre show. This run was more experimental because I haven’t ran it in quite some time. I guess it hits a little differently in your mid 30’s rather than when it did in your early twenties haha

The only way I'd even attempt it now is microdose ED and TrenA and never more than 15mg ED.

That heart rate spike and anxiety on tren+var is a real red flag and bailing was the right call, and the hunger and water blow up can happen when stress, sleep, carbs, and stimulant effect all collide even with retatrutide.
If you’re planning GH with NPP and maybe primo, you need your baseline stable first or you’ll repeat the same mess.

Get a proper log up now so we can support and back you as the EVO family
