🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Sunday is weigh in day and blood marker day for me - all looks good on that front.

Had an absolutely dialed leg day. Squats felt strong, and I finally threw 225 on the bar to see what would happen- ended up hitting 5 clean, ass to grass reps. Couldn't be happier with that. Squats have always been a weak point for me, so this is a legit milestone. Might not turn heads with the monster leg guys here, but its a big win on my end. Leg presses felt just as solid, and got in some planks for @LevButlerov

Rounded out the day with brunch with family and some downtime - had one of the best quiches I've ever eaten. There is pre-shift workout on the docket for tomorrow, and sleep still sits at the top of the priority list. So I am logging off before the sun calls me out for trying to outshine it 🌞

Current leg status and brunch photo attached.

@catdadironman Great update! Legs are looking insane bro!

Bro that update pic is avatar worthy! Like I said you're going to explode fast using @US-pharmacies quality gear and with the hard work you put in.

Well I think it might be time for an updated Avi picture. Just not sure how to change it!

The summer of hugeness!

Nice pulls up too bro and lots of sets, that's strong. Great work getting that ass out of bed when most would push snooze or never even set their alarm! Hitting it hard and it's paying off!!

Starting pushups and pull ups has been a huge help overall. I can def feel it helping for overall back and chest strength. Still eying the 50 in one set - hopefully soon!!

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

I've got a real love/hate thing going on with these 3am pre-shift workouts. On one hand, the gym is empty - no crowds, no waiting, full freedom to run supersets like a madman without catching passive-aggressive side eye from anyone. It's peaceful chaos, and I'm here for it.

On the other hand....that 2:45am alarm is borderline disrespectful. It hits so early my cats don't even bother trying to hustle me for treats. They just crack an eye open, take one glance at their clearly unwell father, and go right back to sleep - exactly what I wish I could be doing. But off to the gym I go to earn the gains.

Good upper day - nothing of particular note.
All nutritional goals met.
All health metrics in range.
Overall solid day my friends.

Not much to report on besides the stats, since it's a rest day from the gym - and nothing really happened outside of the gym to note. All goals met, and continuing to keep an eye on those BP readings. They have been up and down since starting the cycle.

Well, there is a quick cycle plan update:

After talking things through with @HarleyGuy (now officially my cycle sensi) and @US-pharmacies, I plan to bring in Mast E for the final 8 weeks of the cycle. This will be a nice little addition to stay looking lean and dry, while summer is actually....you know, happening.

Looking forward to getting it added in a few weeks. If it's anything like the rest of the @US-pharmacies lineup I have been running, I have no doubt it will be dialed in. I can't recommend this source enough!

I bet you'll like addition of mast. Especially at you BF%. I'm just running mast p daily, since it's what USP had in the domestic delivery. But it's been good for me so far. Update us when you swap to the Sustanon 500mg also.

This is a nice rest day brother!!

I'm just running mast p daily, since it's what USP had in the domestic delivery.

It sounds like it should be back in stock right around the time I would want to jump on it - if it's not, I may do the P since I already pin 3x a week.

But it's been good for me so far. Update us when you swap to the Sustanon 500mg also.

Tracking says my touchdown should be here later today - I pin in the mornings so first pin of this will be Friday

That'd be awesome if they get sore mast e back in domestic. If they do I'll be grabbing a few also

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Another solid leg day in the books. Squats are continuing to feel strong - not just getting through them, but actually owning the controlled, confident reps. Followed that up with some Bulgarians, which always look innocent on paper until your halfway through and questioning your life choices. Glutes are already tightening up, so I know tomorrow is going to come with some reminders when I sit down.

The midwest finally decided to stop roleplaying as the Arctic. Its consistently warm enough where outdoor cardio is officially back in the rotation. Took advantage of that and went for a longer walk, kept it at a brisk pace hovering around a 115 heat rate. Just steady movement and enjoying not being trapped inside. Threw on the @James Creeper podcast and took in the knowlage and insights he had to share. I did briefly entertain the idea of going for a run....and then I remembered what I had just put my legs through and decided that was an aggressively bad idea.

I've always preferred outdoor cardio, so as the weather keeps trending up, this will definitely start ramping. Now I just need to stop procrastinating and get my road bike in for a spring tune up so I can start putting some mile in there too - because nothing beats getting out on the road and just spinning with nowhere to be.

Love the breakdown and format. That's an awesome leg day, if I did anything like this for a few months none of my pants would fit over my thighs. And the diet for me would be extremely difficult. As I would drop weight fast. Great work brother.

Thats the goal! I am very happy with my upper body comp - but I would like to add some decent size to my legs over the summer.

Just trying to hold on to the leanness into the summer - going to be adjusting macros slowly to see how much I can add and not bump too much on the BF.

Post lift pump photo attached.

3am must be brutal bro but those biceps are freaking huge wd!

3am must be brutal bro

Its only once or twice a week depending on my work schedule rotation. I make sure to be winding down and going to sleep by 7pm the night before. Was easy in the winter when it was dark early - but now that summer is approaching its getting tougher to go to sleep that early when its still full daylight 🤣 Thank god I invested in perfect total blackout shades for the bedroom when I used to work graveyard shifts.

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Woke up this morning and my glutes were absolutely screaming! Stairs felt like personal attack and getting up from chairs required a full mental pep talk. Every step was a reminder of yesterdays work - so safe to say it was a damn good leg day.

Rolled into a push day today and everything just clicked. Strength felt solid across the board and my shoulder continues to behave. When this are moving well and pain free, you just ride that wave.

Met up with a freind and tried Arabic coffee for the first time....and wow! That stuff is straight fucking rocket fuel. This is dangerous knowlage for me to have! I'm counting that as at least 4 coffees on the vice list without hesitation. Paired it with a chicken curry meat pie that was beyond amazing.

Now its an early shutdown to get ready for the 3am pre shift gym grind. One of these days I will beat @MarkNV to the gym....or at least thats what I keep telling myself. Realistically, hes probably already on the way home when my alarm is going off.

Uhhhh-kay now this is just way too fancy a food pic for me LMAO... makes me wanna drop a massive T-Bone in the middle of that wooden 'breakfast in bed' contraption of yours HAHAHAHA.

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Had a solid 3am pull session - since @MarkNV is off on a road trip, I am officially claiming the earliest lift of the day for team USP. Not a huge title, but I'll take my wins wherever I can get them :ROFLMAO:

Switched things up today and moved from @US-pharmacies Sustanon 250mg over to the big gun 500mg. First pin went smooth as hell - no surprises there. At this point I've come to expect that level of consistency and quality from their products, and they haven't given me a reason to think otherwise. Always a good feeling when everything goes exactly as it should.

Forgot to mention in yesterdays update - I had my TRT bloodwork follow up. Provider was happy with where everything is sitting. Told me if nothing changes beforehand, we can push labs out 6-9months. That works perfectly for timing. Gives me plenty of runway to enjoy the summer cycle, then gradually bring everything back down into TRT range before they need to take a closer look again.

I am already mapping things out ahead - planning a solid 4 month health phase once the summer cycle wraps up. Let the body settle and make sure everything is where it should be internally. Then look and see what are options for a true winter bulk.

One upside of running @US-pharmacies gear is I can just keep stacking my TRT refills in the meantime. Never a bad idea to have some extra on hand - call it preparation, call it peace of mind.

Post lift pump photo attached.

Joining the team soon ;)

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Went to bed at my normal time, but was wide awake at 3am. Slept hard - but not quite long enough. Felt like I was running one gear short as the day progressed. Resisted the urge to have an extra coffee - it would do more damage than good when it came time to sleep tonight. Hoping for a better sleep so I am rested for leg day tomorrow.

Rest day from the gym, and pretty tame shift at work - so nothing really to add to the daily report.

Lat pushdowns are amazing, one of my favorite to fire em up!

I'd never go wide. Always narrow and usually with a Mag grip

Are we talking about the pull downs or pushdowns? I usually go close/reverse grip for pull downs - but went wide for a little change up.

I usually use a cable ez-bar (so thats the widest) for the slight cant or rope and split it when i hit my quads. I focus on the stretch up top

Same - but I am heavily considering buying a vulcan rope to keep in my gym bag

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Was bone tired when I got home from work last night - crashed around 7:30..... and of course, eyes snap open wide away at 3am again. Not sure yet if these were just one offs, or the start of my body trying to lock into some kind of sadistic ultra-early rhythm with these sprinkled in 3am workouts. I'm definitely a morning person, no question - but 3am as a standard wake time is pushing it even for me.

Either way, no sense fighting it this morning, especially since it was high quality sleep. I leaned into it and knocked out my leg workout before my shift. Honestly, that part was kind of a win. Not having to wedge it into the afternoon before another early crash tonight took a lot of pressure off, and I get to actually relax for the evening. Sets things up nice for a planned 3am session tomorrow.

Leg day itself was solid overall. Sqauts felt a bit off though - noticeably weaker that the last few sessions. Nothing alarming, but enough to pay attention. Listening to what my body is telling me, I'm thinking it might be time to split things up on the squats. Run one true heavy day on the quad dominate workout, and one higher rep volume day on the hamstring workout. This should keep me progressing without grinding myself into the floor, and feels like the smarter play long term for the sqaut quest.

Sundays, as usual are my bigger check in for metrics. Blood levels are looking really good right now. Hard to say if thats from adding the baby aspirin, or just being a lot more dialed in with hydration lately. Numbers are sitting toward the lower end of my range two weeks into the EQ run, which is exactly where I want them. Weight and BF% holding steady too, right on target for the current plan.

Amazing leg workout today bro and bright and early before your day shift is hard core!
I think the baby aspirin with maxing out on hydration is just the ticket to support those numbers, keep that up!
I think you're starting to get used to the 3am'ers which is your body telling you you're doing everything right

This is all textbook especially with your stats and bloodwork and cycle looks great. Keep it up!

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Got a full 8 hours of sleep before my pre shift session, and it showed. Woke up feeling dialed in, rested, and ready to go. Rolled into the gym and absolutely went to work on a push day. Incorporated some lighter smith machine presses to see how the shoulder would hold up - felt good with no pain! Hoping to keep adding in some additional movements now that it appears healed up. And man...those Anavar pumps are just on another level! See post workout photos attached!

Running on fumes after the early workout and 12 hour shift - so short on the thoughts today. All macros, vice count and health metrics within goal ranges. Consistency is the name of the game, and today checked every box.

Now its just a matter of seeing what the sleep gods have in store for me tonight. Really hoping the internal clock chills out and lets me ride it all the way to my 4:30 alarm. These 3am wake ups are great when they are planned.. not so much when they are not.

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Woke up well before 4am again - definitely seems like my sleep pattern is shifting. Not sure if it will reset or stick. I'd be more concerned if the sleep quality was off, but its been deep and solid, so I am rolling with it for now.

Rest day from the gym, so I put the extra early hours to good use - caught up on EVO threads and DM's before work. If I am going to be awake this damn early, might as well make it productive!

Including a shot of one my go to meals: grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, and a drizzle of garlic parmesan sauce. This is a staple for me during the work week - easy to prep and always hits.

@catdadironman how is the @US-pharmacies 500 test E doing? Is this going to be a game changer?

I was actually planning on mentioning this tomorrow, as it marks 2 weeks into my current cycle. Everything is firing on all cylinders!

@US-pharmacies is putting out some seriously solid oils! Zero issues so far, and performance in the gym has been on another level. The Sustanon 500 has been especially impressive- makes pinning much more convenient and comfortable. The EQ seems to be keeping my E2 in check, as there have been no noticeable sides as of yet.

Their Anavar is top notch as well! I've run pharma grade Anavar from my TRT clinic before, and I can confidently say @US-pharmacies version holds its own, and in my opinion is even better. Hits hard, feels clean and smooth, and the overall effect is exactly what I want during my early morning lifts. I straight up feel like a machine on it!

That is a great update bro!! I love your cycle
I think I am going to have to give @US-pharmacies Sus 500 a try at some point. No pip is amazing!! I know that even when I load a pin with test and EQ I don’t get any pip.
They really do have the cleanest oils around!!
Right on, thank you for this update

I try to post photos, but allot of times I feel they are just the same thing over and over lol - so I sprinkle them in here and there 🤣
I love it when you tease us big boy :p

Getting there! Doing these every single push day on the quest to 50!
Atta boy!!

caught up on EVO threads and DM's before work
Best way to wake up, I wake up, chug some cold black coffee and sit right down at my EVO desk in my EVO office and get typing! Wakes the brain right up!

Amazing reviews for @US-pharmacies here and I can now concur since my recent touchdown of his Sust500
Having a review of their anavar compared to pharma grade is some rare feedback too, thanks for sharing brother!

Well boys, I think I found a new home gym!

A new place opened up about 6 months ago - I have been meaning to try to get over and check it out and finally did today. Holy cow - this is exactly what I have been dreaming of. An old school, hardcore mentality lifting gym! The place is incredible - huge curated selection of machines, loud fucking music playing - and the best part is they have an MD provider on staff who can review bloodwork and RX meds to support if needed. Literally my dream gym!

Only problem is - it is about 20 minutes away (twice what I drive to Lifetime) and the opposite direction of my usual daily life.

The atmosphere reminded me of of EVO - everyone was welcoming and introducing themselves - offering spots if I ever needed one. Immediately felt at home!

This is ALL legs! at least 10 variations of leg presses, 3 variations of pendulum sqauts and other legs goodies!

They have some very cool vintage, hard to find machines!

25 back machines, hardcore squat racks with chains, and dumbells up to 150s!

Looks like I will be joining and seeing how much of an impact the extra drive time puts on my life outside of the gym - but this is exactly what I have been yearning for.

That is beautiful!!! I wish we had a real iron gym around here!! Freaking awesome!! That is instant motivation walking into the door!!

My kinda gym. I'd LOVE to try the Nautilus kit. But I'd need bigger dumbbells

On the tour the owner told me he will buy any dumbbells a long standing member can push! He said he is sourcing some 170s right now. The equipment is basically his personal collection that he travels the country to acquire.

🤔 Thoughts/Reflections:

Walked into a new gym today...one I have been meaning to investigate for several months - and they had me at hello. That "hello" was loud, unapologetic music bleeding from the training floor all the way out to the lobby. Instant signal: this place is legit. True iron gym vibes. Handpicked equipment - some new, some vintage gems.

Gritty. Hardcore. Zero Fluff. I felt at home immediately.

Leg day turned into a bit of an adventure. Finally got hands on machines I've only ever seen on youtube or in magazines. Numbers were all over the place - not a strength issue, just recalibrating to completely different setups and machine mechanics. Going to take a week or two to really dial things in, but thats part of the fun.

Honestly, I was borderline overwhelmed - in the best way possible. Something like 15 different leg presses...multiple pendulum squat variations...a whole line up of glute machines. Too many good choices. The cup runneth over with gain potential!

And yeah... already calling it: pendulum sqauts are about to become a staple. Smooth, locked in, brutally effective. The kind of pain you actually look forward to.

Paired with my EVO brethren, I've got a strong feeling this gym is exactly what I need to push things to the next level. They get it there. You can feel it the second you walk in - warm welcomes, people offering spots without hesitation, immediately asking about your goals... real community. I haven't been this excited about something is a very long time.
