Starting first cycle primobolan and test e

need your age and height and weight and how long you have been training naturally. first cycle is ALWAYS test only. the dose on this has gotten so complicated but i typically recommend 250 mg test C or E per week. now this wont give you explosive results per se, however your recovery from gym workouts will drastically improve and most will put on 10-20 pounds. 12 week cycle then PCT. look up dr. michael scallys power of the PCT. pre, mid, post cycle blood work is always necessary. walk in labs you can pay out of pocket. reasonable pricing. id donate blood at the 6 week mark. estrogen is something you evaluate mid cycle. needs to be in the 20-30 units range. if high, then you can do arimidex on your testosterone injection days. 2nd cycle you can try test and primo at a 2:1 ratio.

For a first cycle keep it simple with test only at 250mg per week but thats about as far as I can see without a pre cycle log. Start a log today with edbodyweight, calories and macros, training lifts and loads, sleep, steps, and those labs, because without a log we know nothing about you and any mg advice is blind guessing. 15min of your time to start :D

Why is a Log Journal important?
  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

I haven't worked out properly in years I know this sounds like excuses but I think I need something push me again I used to be jacked naturally had a 250 bench press 315 squat then I injured my shoulder and been going on and off. I'm doing the first cycle to motivate myself already know the lifestyle been there I just need a push and motivation.

Weight = 175

Okay thank you should I make log before or after I start ?
I ordered the gear from nordic fusion, he said he would send it out today let's see.
And for the primobolan I ordered your saying I shouldn't take it ?

Mate take it from someone who made the too much too soon mistake.
Just go Test E at 250/pw for your first cycle, you don’t want to go too hard to soon. Just test (pun intended) the waters first.
Oh and ffs get bloods done before you start any cycle then you’ll know where you’re at.
Good luck don’t rush and trust the process.

Got you okay thats the advice I'm getting from everyone test only ill save the primo for next cycle

We'd need a log with pics and your bloodwork. You can heed the advice of @LevButlerov on the how-to above. You can get one started and add as much detailed info about your diet/training/sleep/supplements/medication, etc including how long you've been training (and how you've been training) since you re-started. Once your log is up and we see where you're at and what we're working with we can hone in on a cycle knowing the above info.

Can't blind guess on general dosing for any compound bro. You'll get very tailored feedback here not generic cycles, you don't want generic anyway you're better than that.

Yes all look into all that and get back to you and no I havent ran cycle yet
I tried once when I was 20 I poked once and wrong got big ass ball on my butt and never did again

try to get a few months of training in first or at least i would. going on steroids without doing so will actually increase your risk of injury.
