Approved Log Cruiserweight Challenge - Testosterone Cycle Log with Team O2 Oxygen Pharma

Took a well deserved rest day.

Walked the dog, mowed the lawn. Back in the gym tomorrow, and then ill be in Ontario for a week.

Fitness there will be limited to Bodyweight stuff and walks.

And then on return I plan to really step it up for the next month.

I just wish I could get this cut under control, my sweet tooth has been out of control this last week.

My daughter bet me 200 I won't have abs by mid July, a couple of weeks ago I thought I had it in the bag, but with a month to go its not looking good 🤣

Bro, i know its cardio you struggle with. Maybe get on the mill or bike or whatever and find a good podcast (evo pds are great) or even something else if you fancy it (philosophy, conspiracies etc) n get lost in the moment. And the sweet tooth, i understand you.
What i do is i eat icecream once a week, 3 to 5 scoops depending on how i feel, then i account myself for it. You might not get em by july, but you'll get em! Maybe also out in some abs exercises, they'll help tighten n grow them so a bit easier to see em.

Ah that sucks. They and wicked and theres less impact on the knees and spine for me.
I have found great fortune with the elliptical for low joint impact cardio. Now it’s tricky to push the bpm up as high but it doesn’t bother the hip or knee at all and is very smooth and sustainable.

I don’t end up with the nighttime aches or the clicks with the elliptical and I really recommend it 💪
