All depends weekends and holidays but usually 2-5 days

Cool man! Have you tried the dbol? I got the 30mg. I normally Get the 10s from a diff ugl but I wanted to give them a try. I normally take 20 mg when I get up and 10 before I lift. Bit now these are 30s how should I take them

Take it about an hour before workout is what I would say or break it in half and do 1/2 morning 1/2 night the key is to keep it in you with the half life
