V.I.P.
EVO Logger
I'm getting ready for a powerlifting meet in November. I've done 21 meets total over a 13 year career. I've squat 650, benched 429 and deadlifted 722. I'm making a comeback after multiple injuries. My expectations are low! But confidence is high!

I'm using Nordic Fusion products for the last 5 weeks of the prep, I've used pretty much every canadian lab over the years. This will be the first experience with verified products, I've mostly used pharmacy grade but thats not to say it wasn't bunk gear with a fancy label.

I'm going to be using the power blend 400. Which is Test/Tren E and A. 3 shots a week.

Dbol starting at 60mg, and working its way up to 100.

I'll also be using cheque drops 62.5mg for the last 10 days and meet day. My research says 14 days is the max but I'm open to all opinions.

Welcome to our big EVO family:) 722 dead is impressive. Can you please share some pictures of you face blurred? We can open the log this way and understand your base.

Great start to the log @westcoaststrong

Glad to see you too the plunge all the way here with us. You're powerlifting numbers are really amazing. A 429 comp bench is serious work. Some seriously high totals there.

It would be great if you add some more details about yourself to your log

Age and body stats
Diet and supps
Training program

Gives everyone a better idea of where you are and where you're going if you get my meaning. The meet is coming up quick and I'm sure with some additional info some of the experienced power lifters here can jump on and give you some tips to make some extra gains before the comp.

I started training at the age of 23, I was 25 when I did my first meet, I'm 38. Bodyweight has never gone about 200lbs, I've completed at 165, 181 and this meet will be at 198.
Unless I decide to cut at the last minute. I trained 5 days a week for a lot my career, cutting the frequency has been part of my injury protocol, I've torn both lats, pecs, hamstrings, had a back injury and the list goes on. Nothing has ever required surgery. Currently training 4 days a week, my diet could be better, it has been better in the past, hitting around 200 grams of protein and 400 of carbs.

Wow that's a lot of injuries. Amazing you're able to keep going. Maybe switch to bodybuilding haha.

Good start to the log bro. I'm sure @LevButlerov will stop by with some log advice and examples of other peoples logs you can use as a template to get yours up and running.

I'll be following along with the meet prep bro.

You have to keep pushing forward! Lifting weights is like my job, its not optional! Negative on the bodybuilding, id hate the training.

You remind me of my buddy who only power lifts and he's in his 50s still going to meets. Hardcore bro

A slow 402 from today's session! Lets see how it moves in 5 weeks.
Sweet monolift arms! Great press too. Moved pretty smooth.

You should share some pics of the home gym when you got time. Some of us here are home gym geeks haha

welcome now fully to the EVO family :D @westcoaststrong happy you shared and you're crazy strong! more Canadian EVO brothers love it!

That’s a big comeback story, those numbers already show the base is there even after the injuries. Power blend with test and tren 3 pins a week plus dbol peaking that high will definitely get you strong fast, just watch the stress on connective tissue since that’s usually what gives out first.

Cheque drops at 62.5mg for 10 days is plenty, 14 is pushing it and you don’t need that much time with how toxic they are, save the punch for meet week.

Diet is solid but if you can clean it up and push protein a little higher it’ll only help recovery while you grind into the heavy work. Think around 250-300 grams easy. :D
@BeMe @HarleyGuy @VerticallyChallenged @Farmboy @haldencapital @Masonic Bodybuilder
@Mobster @RoidRage69 will love your lifts!

Curious to see how you do on those cheque drops. @westcoaststrong You don't see too many people using those. I'd want to see how toxic it really is.

Prep ended with a torn hamstring. Back to the drawing board
Aww man...sorry to hear that. Part of the game tho I guess right. I remember you mentioning a long list of previous injuries.

You hoping on a peptide stack to heal that up?

So sorry to hear. So what’s the recovery for that? I pray I never have experience a torn anything! Hubby Mr RR torn a few things. This last one left rotator been his worst. Pray he can get it repaired never to tear again. Peptides will see how you respond! Gods speed!🙏🏻💪
