Hey there fellas....gunna be logging my katanadrol cycle here! Just bridging from the ostarine cycle but most of you have seen my last log. Simple short cycle looks like this...

1-5 katanadrol 2/3/4/4/4
6-9 forma stanzol 10 pumps ED split
6-9 DAA 3G/ED
6-9 forged post cycle 3-4/ED
6-9 HCGenerate normal dose

I will be running the normals also....creatine, multi, fish oil etc etc...Easy short simple cycle. Really trying to recomp quickly. Started today off at 273 pounds. I strength/hypertrophy train 4 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week. I Will provide a detailed log because I like for people to get the truth about PHs and this wasn't given to me and I'm not being paid haha. Thanks again guys I will update tomorrow!

I followed a few logs of this when it first came out and they were very successful. It will be nice to see this log from a non biased standpoint!
 
I had good luck with it when I ran it. Solid gains and good fat loss as well. Pretty mild PH so that is also a bonus.

It was good! Being sick messed my whole cycle up so I didn't get what I should of out of it. Osta to me would be better to use in pct then stand alone. Just my .02 cents though.

DAY 4

Absolutely nothing so far. I'm on 2/day until Next Wednesday when I bump it up to 3. I'm looking to gain a little strength while on a big cut during this cycle. Today was chest and legs! I train legs pretty well BUT not super heavy because I've had ballsack problems in the past and hernia issues and even tho they are fixed...it's always in the back of my head. I'll go over the main points of my workout

Seated machine overhead press - 270 3x

Seated dumbbell shoulder press 60s 5x (down 10 pounds, not sure why)

Front dumbbell raises 35s 8x

Nothing special, need to get those numbers up quick! Will update Monday, hopefully she's kicking in by then.

DAY 6

I feel it a tiny bit, could have been the great breakfast that contributed to my chest/tri workout. For breakfast I had 6 egg whites 2 pieces of Arnold bread and a life choice protein bar

Highlights of workout...going for strength today

Inclined chest press 280 1x
Inclined db press 80s 3x

Obviously, my workouts consist of more, those are just the main things I'm trying to increase. Will update Wednesday when I start 3/day.

I'm going to run Katana and LGD for 8 weeks. I think the LGD will make the Katana way more effective almost synergistic.

Back and bi went great I had great energy and a nice pump especially in the back. Haven't felt a ton stronger yet but I start 3 pills today! Definitely sweating a little bit more then usual. Tomorrow will be legs so I will update then! No negative side effects at all taking 2/day

Worked the forearms out with a few plate pinches, reverse curls, straight bar wrist rotations and wrist curls. Feel a little more energized and stronger with some more endurance and focus.

DAY 10

shoulders and forearms went good! Made the mistake of havig a couple drinks friday night so I feek that it effected my workout even tho it went good.

Im on DAY 12 today.....chest and tris. It was a more laid back workout with lower weight and higher reps nothing special

4 sets each of flys, inclined, flat bp, and db bench along with some kickbacks tricep extentions and skullcrushers. So far I have not felt much which is suprising to me. Not really any more stamina, strength or endurance so we will see.......0 negative side effects so far. Sleep is better along with boners and appetite....also had to increase water intake to 1 1/2 gallons cuz my piss has been greenish yellow more often. I start 4 pills thursday so hopefully by next sunday or Monday she will be kicking in

DAY 13

Took today off and just did some light cardio and calf raises. Chest is sore from yesterday. Have noticed some sore/dry joints but I think that's because I stopped taking my multi that had joint support built in and switched to a different one to try out. No negative side effects so far, haven't really noticed anything actually...back and bi tomorrow!

Plus a few more random high rep sets. Felt a little stronger today especially since I worked out on an empty stomach. Starting to get acne on my face!! Never thought I would be so excited lol

No bad side effects so far, random hard ons all day and good sleep! Start 4 caps/day tomorrow.

Why do seated stuff, bro? You're working out not reading a book haha. Just my opinion...when are you ever going to need to move weight in a seated position? Keep up the good work though! Nice log so far.

I do seated single arm DB shoulder press to minimize spinal flexion. I also do prone trap raises, who the hell will ever be lying face down and need to bring their arms out to a T lol, but I still do it to hit/stop muscles imbalances. I get what you're going for, though. I assume you are discussing functional strength?

Seated is the worst thing you can do if you want to minimize lumbar flexion I would hate to see you injure yourself, bro. Here's a study that reinforces why standing dumbbell/kettlebell press is the best for strength due to optimal muscle activation.

Also, a barbell isn't as effective because you're creating torque on a fixed plane whereas unilateral or bilateral free weights require you to generate the torque needed with added stability demands. Double kettlebell clean and press/jerk is the worst exercise I've ever done with regards to fatigue. You don't even recover after 10 full minutes of rest.
 
I need to be strong if I ever get put in a wheelchair haha. I know what you mean though....standing dumbbell shoulder press is like the hardest exercise I've ever done haha I'm weak as hell on those.

I was talking about lateral flexion, not AP flexion. I'm using Dumbbells, single arm not barbell. I do a lot of single arm and leg work to keep away muscle imbalance due to barbell pressing, deads and squats.

The start of WEEK 3 today. Taking 4 caps a day for the next 3 weeks!!

Did a light leg workout today mostly leg press and calf raises. I also did some high rep forearm exercises with some plate pinches as well. A few sets of high reps on calf raises and mid reps on leg press(prior nutsack problems) 500 5x on the leg press. Could have did 8-10 but didn't want to push it. Strength is getting a little bit better and intensity has went up quite a bit. I'm not sure if I'm impressed yet or not, I guess this next week will tell. Zero side effects so far which is awesome. Will update Saturday Thanks

I did a couple other things I just forget lol for traps I just do shrugs upright rows and upright kettle rows. the most important part is the endurance and aggression this stuff is starting to give me! I usually go light on shrugs because I get weird should pain even using 50s. I was doing 80s no pain at all yesterday it was nuts! Zero side effects so far! I can't wait until next week! This stuff isn't to bad so far! Weight is the same but arms are becoming more defined. I will upload pics someday lol

DAY 20

Chest and tri workout went pretty decent nothing special.

4 sets each of flat bench, inclined, declinded, and flys. Went kind of quick today so I was loosing strength quicker...gotta keep the body guessing. Triceps however are getting stronger and noticably bigger when they are pumped which is exciting. The only side effect ive really noticed is getting light headed sometimes and a nice decrease in libido over the last couple days which is differemt from last week. Did 1.5 hours of light cardio also which fuckin sucked. Hopefully I can be at 270 at the end of my cycle and lose bf while gaining strength! Asking for much? Lol will update tomorrow or Wednesday

Appreciate it, actually today is day 20 I was off. I did a little forearms and calves today. Plate pinches, reverse curls(straight bar, machine, and kettle bell) calf raises and stair master lol. Forearms are gaining some muscle and have a couple more veins coming out which is good for my weight. Libido is still down and that's the only side effect so far. I'm half way thru my cycle and I would have to rate katanadrol v3 a 7/10 SO FAR. I have about 16 more days of 4 caps a day(double dose) so we will see what happens. Thanks guys

Side effect almost 4 weeks in:

loss of libido
all day "high feeling" (to much caffeine for me)

So overall not bad so far! I have wood in the morning but after that I don't even want to touch a girl...kinda weird. I'm going to increase my cals over the next week and see how I feel.

Nice workout, bro. Up your healthy fats and that will help with your strength. My strength is always down when I'm not getting enough almonds or organic nut butters in my diet. Also, if you up your protein intake with eggs the cholesterol in the eggs will convert to testosterone while you sleep and therefore increase your test levels naturally. Stay strong dude your log is going well and start taking a little something extra for your libido. I kid you not horny goat weed sounds like a funny name but it really does work! Either that or maca. Both are good for your adrenals and both help with sex drive. Increase those calories, nukka!

I haven't started the diet JP laid out yet(waiting for paycheck) so today I had 1/2 cup of Oates mixed in my chobani with 6 egg whites for breakfast about 1.5 hours before my workout and my workout went pretty well!! I did inclined, declined, flat and flies all with dumbbells. Didn't notice any strength increase really but I can go longer which is nice! During tricep extensions I noticed that my triceps are growing quick and getting a lot stronger. At this point I'm not sure if my libido is down or if it's in my head...I can get a boner for the most part....I'm just not interested in sex??? Can anyone explain? Lol. My acne has increased as well especially on my face. And aggression has went up a good bit. I can't get past 80s 3x on inclined db press for the last 3 months either...fuckin pissing me off.

Maybe if you weren't such a pussy you'd get more reps at 80! Haha just kidding bro what does your normal routine (weights,reps) look like for your pressing movements? The most I've ever done with incline dumbbells is 3 with the 100s...I did sets of 5-6 with the 75s for a long time and then gradually moved up. Let me know and I'll see if I can modify your rep schemes for you to help with getting those numbers up, brotha.

Just do one warm up set at 40 or 50(I would say 50). 1 set of 10 should be plenty otherwise you're just wasting ene

Then incorporate a drop set after your first work set so something like this:

Warm up: 40/50 x 10

1st set: 65 x 8-10 then immediately do 50 x 6-8, 40 x 6-8, 30 x 6-8
(Rest X amount of min)
2nd set: 70 x 6
(Rest)
3rd set: 80 x 3 (or more)
 
Yea sometimes I do that and it definitely works, makes me sore as hell but I love it! Sometimes having a "spotter" behind makes me magically stronger, enjoy that cold weather especially during graveyard shift! I always loved that shift for some reason

The dropset shouldn't make you sore haha. The purpose is so it sends more blood into your upper body making the incline dumbbell press easier! Make sure you take enough rest so you're not fatigued on your second set but not too much to where you lose your pump!
 
I'm on the last few days of my cycle :( sad to see it go. I haven't updated in a few days, did shoulders and legs Saturday and it went alright. Nothing new or groundbreaking since then. Acne is up and libido is DOWN so I'm going to start my pct sooner than expected which will be forma, forged post cycle, DAA, and horny goat weed. My girl is getting pissed and thinks I'm getting it somewhere else since I'm not interested in sex haha. Can anyone shed some advice on how a ph that's supposed to increase test would suppress libido? Sounds ironic...injectable test always increases libido so I'm not sure why katana would decrease it for me. Either way, chest and triceps tonight! I've ate about 500 cals over my usual this last week so I can make sure I put alllll my energy into the last week of my cycle.

It's a pretty decent ph. If my diet was more solid I'm sure the results would have been more noticeable thus far. Strength has went up a good amount. It just shut my libido right down though

DAY 33 I think!!

Chest tri today Monday...duh.

Inclined pressed 80 6x (personal best and finally got over my hump of 3 reps that I've been on for 4 months) pretty happy about that! Bench press also went up so overall I'm pretty happy especially since I've had a up and down diet the last 10 days. I murdered by triceps and they are killing me right now only 2.5 hours after my workout. My arms look like they have doubled in size since the start of my cycle lol and they are definitely harder. I will post a before and after picture hopefully soon!

Haha It did! I will say that katanadrol is awesome for lean muscle and strength gains(double dosed) but it takes a little over 3 weeks to kick in though

Balls stayed the same size! I think my left one got a little bigger haha I'll have to pay closer attention. Libido unfortunately kinda crashed no matter what I did! Although, I've never had a strong sex drive. I torqued my nut about 12 years ago and I really should have a endo or urologist check it out again. I'm not sure if I had permanent damage or what...

So far I'm just using DAA, forged post cycle, prolab horny goat weed and formastanzol. I've only been on for 3 days and have noticed a very slight increase. If if doesn't pick up in the next few weeks I'm going to have to do more

I'm about 4 days into PCT and getting ready to train chest and triceps tonight! First workout since Saturday so I hope I'm still as strong as I was on cycle a week ago lol. Sex drive hasn't came back yet but I doubt it will for atleast another 10-12 days. Katandadrol is a pretty good PH for keeping/gaining muscle and strength while losing fat and eating at a huge deficit. Only side effect was decreased libido but everyone reacts differently.

Overall good workout! I never slack going into PCT. I think I almost had a heart attack and my BP had to go up lol

Yea probaby in about 4 weeks. I'm going Togo to my doc for a check up and some other issues and he will hook me up with a blood test for about 32 bucks. I got a cool doc lol

I'm pretty excited so far although I'm only 9 days into PCT I've kept all my strength! I did some cardio/leg today. 5 min on elliptical, 5 on stair master, 30 on bike and 10 on treadmill.

500 is weak but not bad after not training quads for 8 months due to groin issues. Libido is still gone, hope it goes up

Did some shoulders Saturday, with some overhead presses and standing dumbell shoulder press { who needs to be strong sitting down ;) } felt like I maintained strength for the most part. I have visually lost weight since coming off of katanadrol, about 3 pounds in 1 week. Will continue to update hopefully with pics, getting a new phone this week

Just a little update....another week into pct...lost a little strength and motivation but I haven't let it stop me, weigh 271 now so I've lost a few pounds in pct. Just trying to figure out my next cycle
