Macros are basic. Currently I'm following a 40/30/30 ratio c/p/f. Getting in around 3k cals as I'm sure this will increase while on cycle. I just want keep my first cycle as simple as possible. I read that lower dose test only cycles usually don't yield a high risk for estrogenic side effects. To my understanding nolvadex is a serm right? I want to run that and hcgenerate at pct.

your pct is severely lacking... hcgenerate is better used on cycle... that's not even a full pct and you need an ai from possible aromatizing from test... your also starting pct too early... you have to let the ester clear 2 weeks...

Thanks, I will follow your advice for pct, an AI and hcgenerate during cycle. I'm just not very sure and knowledgeable about sarms. I would probably just do test for first cycle , then maybe add a compound in my second, and so on. So I'll know exactly how my body reacts to each substance. I want to keep it as simple as possible right now.

regardless if you run the sarms or not.....your still going to need an AI, run the hcgen while your on....and maybe add unleashed + post cycle in pct.

Definitely should have an AI on hand. I use Adex, others use aromasin, but definitely have an AI on hand.
