First Cycle, looking for advice will post log

Hi Team,

I'm a long time lurker first time poster.

Looking for some advice about a cycle i want to run.

Im a long time lifter, but been taking it seriously for about 3 years. I started TRT 12 months ago as prescribed by my doctor. I do 200mg test p/week - Sustanon 250. Pinning twice per week. Get bloods tested every 3 months, moving to every 6 months as doc is happy with everything.

Male
5ft 11 (180cm)
205lbs (93kgs)
34 years old
16% BF
In good health, no other medical issues other than low natural T.

Previous Bulk
When i was prescribed TRT in January i jumped on a 7 month dirty bulk. Eating 4,000kcal per day. I increased from 88kg (194lbs) to 110kg (242lbs). Lots of fat, lots of waterweight put on, but huge improvements in the gym and some decent muscle put on. Lessons learnt, will do a much cleaner bulk in futute. Been on a cut since August and ive dropped 17kg (37lbs).

Gym Stats improvement
Stats pre bulk vs oday (have lost a tony amount of strengthwhile in cut)
Deadlift: 170kg - 225kg
Squat: 155kg - 205kg
Bench: 122.5kg - 147.5kg

Cut
Cutting is getting difficult and i can feel im losing some strength and good mass. Im eating strict 1800kcals per day. 180grams protein. Im attempting to get to 12% BF in time for Summer (Southern Hemisphere), but i dont want to lose more muscle.

Cycle
increase Test to 300mg per week - Sustanon 250
Add Masteron E 150mg per week
12 week cycle
Pin 3 times per week.

Whats your advice on an AI? Id like something mild so i dont tank my E2. Will only use it when needed. I can feel the itchy nips as soon as my E2 rises (confirmed with bloods) so i know what im on the lookout for. It rose a bit high when i first started TRT but its good now.

PCT
No PCT required as i will return to my normal TRT dosage.

Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.

Good post and solid foundation with 3 years of structured training and clean TRT bloods, thought can you share the bloods please?

Hard to give precise advice without a full TRT log and pre cycle log though, since we need to see your stable E2, hematocrit, and lipid patterns over weeks to judge how the 300mg test plus 150mg mast will behave. Once you start that log we can track your e2 feel, decide if you even need AI at all, and tune joint support better with dose context. We also need to dial in your diet and training with supplements and cardio.
So post up the log will take you 10-15min to get it up.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Great start your log, glad to see you're ditching the dirty bulking. That's not really the way to go, especially at your age. Your cycle and compound selection looks really good. You should have some great lean hard gains from this one. I'll definitely be checking in

Estrogen was very low at the start ey, because of the low test. Good to see things have moved back healthier.

@KrisPTofu this is a wonderful supplement layout. for dry joints homemade bone broth is amazing. its easy to make just with a slow cooker and some plain broth added + bones

bros i would do fasted cardio daily. even just 10-15 minutes high intensity would work good. that will help you get better fat loss results @KrisPTofu

when it comes to dry joints its important to make sure you are lifting with better form @KrisPTofu also omega 3's are huge. and so is collagen those help a lot. MSM and glucosamine also is good
