New to peptides & site

I will give you a little background on me; 45, male, 6'1", 245. Have been working out regularly since college.

I have use steroids, when I was younger, recently tried a cycle of anadrol, winstrol & deca, to get a little more size and strength. Liked the results but developed some tendon issues because they only help muscle growth and not tendon growth, which you know.

Heard some good things about peptides for tendon and muscle growth. Got on this site did some research on them all but I am not sure of the dosage. I want to make sure that I am doing this right!

Recommended to me was IGF - 1 LR3 1mg( got 2 vials) and CJC 1295 MOD GRF 2mg (got 8). From reading on evolutionary about peptides, was excited and also picked up Hexarlin 2mg (got 2) & GHRP-2 5mg(got 2) for tendon repair & growth.

It looks like from reading some of the forums, some are getting 2mls of bac water and some are getting 2.5 mls, is this just preference or do some get 2 and others 2.5? Can I use all I have at the same time or use some first and some of it after that like; IGF & CJC and then after that use Hex & GRRP? Do these cycle like steroids? Should I add steroids to the mix or just stick with this? Do you take these peptides every day, once or twice a day? It looks like doses should be around 100 mcg, is that for everything or do you take more of certain ones? Do I need more of anything that I already have? I feel you guys know this better than anybody, I really appreciate your input and thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

J

if you want to talk tendons and help with your joints, go with ostarine (MK-2866), that's what it was designed for and you dont need to inject shit...

I probably should have asked before I bought and I will look into this product, thanks.

Dylan, This is great and I will look into getting these products. Do you have any input on the peptides that I got? I really appreciate it, in fact the little knowledge I have on all this new stuff has come mostly from posts that you replied to others. I never knew all these products existed and I am very green to it all. Thanks for everyone's input.

The Peptides you want to look into for tendon & overall healing are TB500 & BPC-157. These carry no sides at all, only benefits. The other peptides your looking at require a bit more care. Tb500 2 shots a week for a month or so anywhere. BPC is more 2 or 3 shots per day near site of injury. In my quest to resolve the nagging injuries that come with age TB500 by far sounds like the most effective cleanest option. I got so worked up over it that I ordered a run of it from pepbridge. I chose them because of good reports about them from these forums & they are way way cheaper.

i agree with mr. perfect here... (love the avatar bro as he was always one of my favorites) except tb is the only one im going to recommend... it definitely does work... the others, definitely not my preference whatsoever... im not saying they don't work but with the time, maintenance etc and for what you actually get out of them, im sorry but i just do not feel they are worth it whatsoever... for tb dose is 5 mg per week the loading period for 6 weeks then scale back to maintenance doses every other week at 5 mg each week...

ha I would love to have hung out with perfect & rick rude & savage back in the day.. Dylan, do you have any opinion on BPC-157? I got worked up into a major froth reading up on it. More so than with tb500. It seems almost better than tb in some ways (save for the more frequent pinning) I think it is newer & not as well known of a peptide. I might have to go back and read, but I got the impression one could even treat receding gums with the stuff..

I'm a bit late on the reply but hopefully this is still of use. CJC with DAC has an effect on your system for a much greater period of time which actually is not what you want. The w/o DAC or mod GRF has a shorter active life and spikes your gh similar to a natural spike. by its self mod GRF is not that effective but when used at the same time as a ghrp, like hexarelin and grhp-6 it works synergistically to increase the the gh spike. the ghrp increases the number of cells secreting gh and the GRF increases the amount per cell. 100 mcg of each at a time works well. Above 300mcg of ghrp-6 or GRF you will see no more increase in gh release. And the increase in gh is not linear with dose so at 300mcg will be not quite double the release with 100 mcg. So it is best to do multiple 100 mcg shots per day. People usually compare this protocol to low dose of gh. so although there aren't any crazy results in terms of leaness or strength but it is well worth the money in my opinion for its effect on tendons and ligaments. this is what I do myself. use them as your start to finish the IGF because the will inhibit natural gh release and they will act like a gh-pct

Also and more importantly how you train is going to effect your tendon strength tendons get very little blood flow and high reps with lighter weight or bands are very beneficial for them. One way to do this with out completely changing you training is add in a hundred rep set at the end of your workout to hit whatever muscles you hit that day or feel like you need to strengthen. in supertraining by verkoshanky he states that muscular endurance training as the greatest effect on tendon strength.
