Infected after pin?

Growing Brother
Welp .. I pinned on Saturday night. Needle was a bit wobbly on the way out (used 1 inch, 25 gauge) and injected the BWL test e 250mg/1ml. Next day, I was a tad bit sore. Today (two days later) I have a golf ball size welp on my ass that’s a little red and hot to touch. I have never had this happen before. It’s not hurting that bad. I've worked out twice with it. Any thoughts on taking care of this and future injections?

I swabbed the vial and injection site. Twice each. Even heated up the oil. Drawed with 18g. Pinned with 25 1inch. Showered after and massaged it in. What gives?!

Hmm, and it's sticking out a lot? Just looks red to me. I don't think it looks too bad, but if it gets too discolored or is tremendously painful then I'd have it checked out.
 
It's not sticking out much. Just feels like a knot rather. A little red, it's hot , not too terribly painful.

I have had to go through an infeciton before.......

The difference between an infection and irritation is that when it is actually infected you will first notice unbareable pain. I had it in my leg and I could barely walk.....let alone bend at my knee.....

The next thing you will notice is that you will start to have fluid build up underneath the skin......if you press on your skin and it stays molded then you are starting to develop aneimia around the infection site.

IF this happens go to the hospital immidietley and tell them you got bit by a bug and and you have a cellulitous infection......2 days of pain killers and iv antibiotics and you will be gtg.....that is if an abcess did not form ( in that case you got to get that bitch cut out)

It's a long shot, but maybe, possibly, a small plug of the rubber stopper got in the syringe as you pushed the 18 g draw needle into the vial. Sorta like aerating the lawn makes sod plugs. But it gets mixed with the oil and could be small enough to make it through the inject needle. I always do visual inspection of syringe before injecting just in case.
If that happens you would probably get red swollen welt.
Good luck and let us know what happens; how it turns out.
 
Just looks like some irritation to me, but as said before keep an eye on it, if it starts to form a yellowish liquid under the skin then definitely is infection. Always make sure to wipe stopper for at least 8 full seconds and let to air dry. Good luck bro

Pinned the other glute two days ago. Same reaction, not as bad though. Must be the oil?

I'm going to have to do the quad on Saturday. Pray for me. Lmaoooo never done quads before.
 
Man I had the same thing happening a few weeks ago. Mine got a little worse 4 days later. I blamed it on the gear cause when I switched bottles everything went back to business as usual.

Yea if it keeps doing that I'm guessing it's your oil man. And don't sweat the quads, a lot of people do, I get painless quad injections every time I pin. Just feel the muscles out, find a spot that looks good, don't hesitate relax and go to town, best of luck bro

Test e right now has a natural pip in from the way the raws are produced in china. It's harmless other the then the pain. All the test e I have came across lately has it.

But if should settle down and disperse after a day or two.

BWL is great gear, and I stand by them but your not the first to pin the test e and have a bad reaction like this.... The last guy had the doc look at it I think. Maybe you can fin the post on it to clarify his out come. It was called "painful pip" or something alone those lines

Looked at kurts thread. Seems like he had cellulitis. Speculating carbolic acid from Chinese raw powder is to blame. Assuming BWLs powder is from here. And multiple people are having this issue... Has anyone brought it to the labs attention?

I buzzed Kurt to check out this thread as well.
 
Hey how many injections have you done with this test e ? It's possible that it is the Chinese test e raw powder that is causing this . Talk to Mr Teacher , he did a lot of research on this because it happened to him also ! It also happened to this other cat with the same lab , I believe . I forget his name , sry . He went to the dr and they said it's cellulitis ! Get some ice on it in the meantime , take 600mg of Advil and see if the pain goes away . I'm sorry your going thru this , I know how you feel :(

Good thing man. And yes the carbolic acid is to blame for what I call natural pip in test e right now.

I keep hearing about this pip from Chinese gear but I haven't experienced anything. I'm shooting 7cc of oils EW from two different ugl's too (one being BWL, the other pharmacom)
 
Shot the lab an email about this. Hopefully they will chime in soon. Also, linked the thread.

I am not pointing any fingers at the lab. I am not saying they are getting Chinese raw powder, either.

Has anyone confirmed if they ran through the test e regardless of the cellulitis break out? I am curious to see if perhaps the body built up an immunity and it got easier. I have 6 bottles of this shit. I really dont want to have to toss it if I dont have to.

Suffice to say, I will let you guys know what the labs has to say and recommends.

Not sure what oil was used. No fever. It was hot to touch. Lasted 2-3 days as far as redness is concerned. Hurt like fucking hell. Golf ball is still their six days later. Im not certain if I should continue injecting or trash it...

Brother I have pinned a ton of gear and I can tell you I have never had issues like you are having but if I ever do I would stop immediately. Last thing you want is to be laid up in the hospital with your ass sliced open. Just my opinion but when it comes to my health I don't take chances.

It's weird it's only in the test e. it's all over the net with people have pip for the first time with test e. sucks. It's suppose to be a pipless test ester when made rights but basically no matter what it has he pip.

I dont know where Bwl gets it raw from but it possible it has it too. I rather see that it is that case then something harmful for the people who are running its sake.

I've injected my own test e brew with lots of pip. And tier 1 test e with a good amount of pip too. Also other test e brands as of lately and never had a lasting lump.
 
I can tell you one thing, the difference between just an Inflammation and an Infection.

Inflammations will be Red and sometimes a little white at the outsides, and pain will diminish in a week or so.

Infections, will become Bright Red, and more Painful as time goes on, and then you will notice a Red Line moving away from the Injection Site,

if this is ever the Case, Run don't Walk to the Hospital, it needs to be Lanced..............................................JP
 
I think you will notice it goes away after a week or so. It sucks if your only injection site is glutes bc about the time it's almost gone you have to use that side again. Best thing I've found was hit the heating pad at night and try to spend more time off of it than on it. It sucks but it's not infected, for me that's how it is anyway. As long as the pain decreases daily you should be fine to continue on. I think with most test e right now you're going to have this problem. A few buddy's here are having the same problem with their test e.

I think it's certain people that have an allergic reaction to this carbolic acid that we talked about . It happened to me teacher with Gymlabs , and plenty others ran it and was fine . I would stop use , contact the lab and get some cyp instead . CEO thought me draw a circle around it and if it goes outside the circle , get your ass to the Dr . Good luck .

I got some pretty nasty pip from the carbolic acid but no lumps...I'd head to the doc but that's just me.
Could it be he did sub Q and not IM and the oil is just slow to dispers/absorb?
 
We are looking into the issue now first time coming to BWL attention we have been using the same powder source for a couple of years with no issues we take pride in are stuff and and if you have more issue let me know we shot you an email so get back to us

Maybe you hit a vein bro???? Last year that happen to me and 5-6 later was gone I'm 100% is not an infection just don't scratch that area

I had the knot like you when I went through a vein. I had a large amount of blood come out once I pulled the pin out and and immediate golfball under the skin. It subsided overnight, but I still kept a tender little knot for about 8 days. It went away though. Sounds to me like inflammation to me. Enough time has went by that if it was infection, you'd have NO question about it. Hope all is well regardless.

That is what we are guessing aswell but every person is different and we will take care of are customers regardless the issue

I had one show up few days after I pinned my glute. It was warm, a little bigger than a golf ball, but not too painful. Researching I found a post by Stevesmi, saying the oil was SQ and IM, kinda in between. That was my case, went away in a few day. I think I went in at an angle. After that I quit pinning my glutes. Hope it's something similar bro.

We can all share our experience with Image but as I seen with Kurt , is we might slow him down from going to the ER because of the hope that we give him with our story's . Kurt waited like 5 days before he went to the ER and they said it's cellulitis and gave him antibiotics . MrTeacher taught me that for the Dr to assess that it's cellulitis they have to take a sample and send it to the lab to confirm that it's is . I don't think they did that , I think they just assumed and gave him meds . After that Kurt vanished and I haven't seen him since . What happened to him ?

I self treated mine and it went away every time by icing the shit out of it and Advil for pain .

My last three injections became increasingly more irritated. My last caused a large knot. It increased in size until day 6. Skin got so tight I couldn't stand it any more. I made my wife lance it (not suggesting anyone do this). To my surprise, there was no puss or sign of infection. Just blood and oil.

I believe I have developed an allergy to the oil used. It is a local ugl test e. The only source I have ever used. I should add that the last two injections I boiled the oil first so I don't think it's a dirty gear thing

First time I pin a new oil or source I pin just a little bit in the quads or delts so if something goes wrong it's in an easily visible location and I don't have to turn around in the mirror to look at my ass.
Better yet inject just a little barely into the muscle using a subq needle. If there's any infection or reaction it's small and localized to near the surface. If no problems after a few days you're good to go.

Hey guys, I would have chimed in earlier but I just found this thread. How is ImageOr doing? How many injections have you done so far? Where? How much?
With me the pain started 2-3 days after the injection and could last for another 7. This was with 300mg Test E. Had this happen on 2 differnt cycles from 2 different labs. I consider it a fake infection. I believe my body was reacting to the oil as if it was an infection like cellulitis. Warm to touch, Pink Skin, Edema but with tight skin not soft, the pain would spread outward and down.

From what I have read....which seems to have been all Bro Science. There are two camps of thought.
1. When the Test E powder is made carbolic acid is used, for what reason I dont know. Then the carbolic acid is removed somehow. Some of the labs are not removing all the carbolic acid and the better ones are. This may cause some Test E to cause a reaction with people sensitive to carbolic acid. This would mean that if you used a true Pharma grade Test E like watsons, a person sensitive to carbolic acid should not have a reaction because Watsons should be removing all of it.
2. The other camp I read about was that the Test E ester has somthing called Carboxlic acid attatched to it and this is what causes the reaction. This would mean than anyone with this sensitivity should have a reaction wether it is poor Chinese grade or Pharma Grade Watsons.

Im avoiding all this by using Test C now. I switched over in my third week of a twelve week cycle. I have absolutely no pain now. No soreness, no tightness, nothing. I am hitting my quads and Delts with 1.5ml / 250mg Test C each shot. I have been using Gymlabs oils. Started with their Test E and with the help of EVO and RS am now very happy with Test C. I had blood drawn this morning and will have my labs up when I get them....most likely Thursday.

I am still researching this issue and hope to find some legit documentation on it to post.

It took me a few shots like a dumb ass , then I dropped it and tried the Orion prop and had no problems tried Gymlabs sust had no problems ! And haven't tried test E since . But I have a few btls so I will try my Gymlabs first , if I get the smallest reaction I will stop and never do test E again . But some people don't react from it . Almost like an allergic reaction .

I just wanted to update everyone on what’s going on. I am fine. Just a reaction to the oils I was injecting. It has cleared up for the most part. Still left with a knot under the skin, it is not embossed and visible unless I press down on the area.
I contacted black widow lab’s concerning my condition. They were very helpful and wanted to do whatever it took to make it right. I decided to go with another lab’s oil as I was ordering more for a friend through a private lab at the same time. BWL sent me a refund in the mail and I agreed to send the viles back- so they can run analytical on the oil to figure out how to prevent this for the future. I just want to say BWL really took care of me. I would certainly not expect this level of customer service from an UGL. Please do not hesitate to order from them. Rests assure, if there is a problem, it will be taken care of swiftly and promptly. Thanks again guys.

Curious to know....How many cycles have you run before? Have you used Enanthate before? You say your switching to another labs oil, is it going to be Enanthate as well? Keep me posted. I would like to know if you have the same symptoms from two different labs Enanthate.

Correct me if I am wrong.... You started this cycle with Enanthate and have now switched to Cypionate to finish it?

I was one week in to my cycle. I just dropped it completely. So in a sense, I am restarting two weeks later.

I pinned that bullshit e for 4 weeks before I broke down and bought some cyp. I just prefer e to c because c makes me bloat a little. The pip is bearable and a lot less bad when you go higher in the glute. Almost hip region.

Pinned cyp about four hours ago. Here's what I wrote in my other thread.

I pinned about four hours ago. Just finished my workout and laying in the sauna as a write this. Typically with my last test e, I would be hobbling due to the pip by now. On the contrary, This cyp is smooth as silk. I am ecstatic with the lack of PIP this has. I'll check back in tomorrow to report back.

You don't have to if it one draw and one inject . It just gets a lil duller after every poke . The poke might hurt a bit more and you might get some pip . But I wouldn't worry about infection if your wiping the stoppers with alcohol .

I wouldn't mess with heating the oil... actually more risk of contamination
 
I know you have no idea what the carrier oil is - is there a chance that they use EO? I've used high concentration blends before with no issue, but anything with EO and it looks like somebody has implanted a fucking tennis ball into my quads. You can be allergic to EO, and I clearly am.
 
Are u sure you didn't inject my filter mishap test cyp. Apparently I hear its dangerous and should b avoided. Lol.

I get the "golfball size"welts as well. Sometimes my syringes are warm or just a little too cold for the oil. Fuck it! Par none. LOL
