I need help planning my cycle.

I'm 6'1 215 lbs with 18% bf. I'm currently in a cutting phase, I'd like to maintain my strength or add some while in a caloric deficit. I'm not trying to get shredded, I'd be happy with 12-10% bf. I need to know what type of protection to run and what to use for a pct. I'm open to any suggestions, the only cycle I've ever done was test e and dbol.
 
10% body fat is pretty close to shredded in my opinion, are you doing test e and dbol on this cycle also?? That is actually what I plan on doing my first cycle. Anyways, as far as protection, on cycle I would use n2guard and arimidex. then PCT HCGenerate ES for 2 weeks then for the next 5 weeks Clomid (50 mg/day) n2guard , and arimidex. I will run test for sure, in not sure about dbol though. It make me really strong but I also go bloated, I was 245lbs. I wasn't eating clean so that didn't help but I was trying to figure out what would help me build/maintain strength without all of the water retention.

Ah , well there are plenty of compounds that "dry you out" but I dont know them off the top of my head, I'm sure other members could tell you. Look on the steroid section of the site (not forum) and see if it has them, and if not go to ************ and at the bottom it has the popular steroids and I believe it tells you which ones cause water retention and which ones make you dry.
 
Winstrol's good for putting on lean mass and is used by athletes that need to make weight or maintain a certain weight without losing strength. It's pretty much only used for cutting cycles or putting on a little lean mass because it's not effective at all if you're looking to put on lots of mass or get huge.
 
I don't plan on getting huge, I just don't want to lose any size when I cut my carbs. I'd also like to maintain my strength if it's possible.
 
Yeh test is always a must. Will 500mg of test per week be enough? What kind of dosage on the winstrol? Should I stack something else with it or is test and winstrol good enough? I also need to know how long I should run it.
 
If you want to stay full looking on a caloric deficit anadrol is the way to go.
Based on stats, tren is ill advised. Test p, mast and drol will get you where you need to go.

I also would advise you to stay away from winny. At Least go with var instead.
 
Why don't you consider SARMs if your goal is to cut while low on calories? Cardarine and Ostarine are perfect for this purpose. They will help you lose fat, and gain some lean mass while you are low on calories. Moreover, they don't have side effects, so there will be no need of such a strong PCT as most steroids will require.
 
I'm strongly considering the sarms. To the guy that suggested tren, no way man, I don't think I'm ready for that. I'm also considering the anadrol since it's oral. I want to keep the injections to a minimum. I'm not ready to poke my self every day.
