Cheat meal on a serious cut???

Hello Im now cutting for 2 month and already lost over 10 pounds.
Im eating 7 days a week clean and I have one reefed day with high carb and low fat.
My question now is if i can have a cheat meal once a week and when to do it and how???
Should I eat it in the morning or after training in the evening???
What are our recommendations???
 
bro best cheat meal is in the AM on sunday...do a circuit training workout early morning empty stomach and then hit a big cheat meal....take n2slin before and after the meal...
 
I have been having 1 cheat meal a week during my preps up until my last week. Then I do a controlled cheat. Been working pretty good so far. Just placed 2nd in my class at the indianapolis show over the weekend. Just make sure it doesnt spill over into the next day. And sometimes i will even skip a meal or 2 that day if the caloric intake of my cheat was balls to the wall.

No cheat meals for me bro. I have been cutting 6 weeks so far and I'll post pics under this I'm dieting this out for a year every now and again I like to be able to Be in peak condition year round every now and again gotta show some shot off lol so 52 weeks 6 in here's where I'm at so far....
No cardio no ab work although I will switch this up later in diet. I eat basically only meats to avoid carbs I keep them in the 0-150 range, (this is what I do I don't recommend I have been doing this off and on for a while) mid to low fats.. It's very different and difficult but I stuck to it and now it's routine

my cheat meal is Greek yogurt and fresh fruits lol as I said no cheating lol

Maybe I lied I love beer and I made my diet work around that rather than say it can't be done and yes liver support is alive and well

Every time I cut, I go fucking overboard n shrink lol

I just lift n eat n sleep now...
Growing like a weed..
